Sample Answer:

People nowadays are hunting for jobs. Since they are novice, they expect the experience of their professional life to be smooth. It is the responsibility of the existing employees to make their journey a memorable one. As an apprentice, they need to learn and get experienced over time. Providing training sessions to beginners might be time consuming. Hence, the newcomers should be treated with much care. They should not have a negative impression on the company. This might result in degrading the reputation. Learning takes time for the apprentice and hence, the trainers should be calm. Newly joined employees who feel loved, perform better. It is very important to make the novice employees feel comfortable. A mentor can be assigned and a lot of on job training can be provided. This will make them acquainted with the office culture. They will learn the workflow which will help them later. The apprentice should be assigned smaller and easier tasks. This will build their confidence before digging into harder tasks. Taking feedback from a novice employee is very important. This makes them feel that they are a part of the company and their opinion matters. Topic: Describe an upcoming cricketer who has inspired you.

Sample Answer:

I have been a fan of cricket since my childhood. I have decided to connect cricket with a profession and hence became a cricket coach. Since I have become a Coach, I have met many novice and upcoming cricketers. All the beginners have their own story and few have inspired me. One of them was Ravi. He is a very good batsman and wicket keeper. He has been playing cricket for 4 years now and is considered a newcomer. His parents come from a lower middle class family and Ravi has struggled a lot to practise cricket. He travels 20 kilometers on cycle everyday to reach the ground. Being a novice, such dedication is considered huge. I have seen players dropping out of practice for travel only. Ravi is a great child. He is only 15 years old. I can see a huge potential in him. He has received awards as the best newcomer of the year. He has also played for the under 15 cricket team and scored highest runs. I love to see such talents in beginners. I respect Ravi and coach him to his full potential so that he can be one of the best cricketers in the world.
