Sample Answer:

In any company, there is a rule for vacation leave and other compensated absences with features that would benefit both employees and the owners. If the employee doesn’t take the expected amount of casual leaves then it is either carried forward for the next year for being reimbursed.

But in the case of regular sick leave and other compensated absences, the benefits won’t be provided for the regular absence of the employee. He or she might be eligible for termination after that or when the liability is calculated, these accumulations should be reduced to the maximum amount allowed as a termination payment.
