I have been a dedicated news follower for the last 10 years. It is my hobby and passion to read news and follow all the genres. In the span of the last 10 years, I have found news that are neutral and the news that are biased towards one party or the other. Recently I was watching television and the news of a reporter came up. First it seemed fair but later, I came to the conclusion that the news was partial towards the government. I felt like the reporter was under the influence of some political pressure. The news stated that the government was doing a great job in serving the public. However, the common people were not so happy with the work that the government was doing. The reporting channel was very new to the market. Hence, it seemed that they were trying to get the attention of the government. Me being a non-biased listener of the news, started to feel the prejudice. The reporting also presented some old facts and started to compare it with the previous government. This was not needed as per my opinion. The channel went too far. It was evident that the news has been twisted to present in such a way that the government looks good in the eyes of the public. I watched the news for a few minutes. When I understood that the reporting was biased, I changed the news channel. I have always believed in real news that shows the actual condition of the state. I do believe that the media has so much power, with its correct usage can build or destroy a government.

I am one of the two children to my parents. I can definitely understand that parents do love their children equally. However, this fact is debatable as many of my friends think otherwise. They think that either one or both of their parents are biased towards their brother or sister. This partial love towards them sometimes makes them feel left out. Myself, being the elder one of the two children, I understand where this thought comes from. Parents love their children equally but sometimes express more love for one. This seems biased for the other child. I agree with the fact that most parents are actually biased when it comes to their children but it is not applicable for all the parents. Sometimes one of the children becomes more successful and more mature than the other. This created a good impression on the parents and they care for the children more. The other child feels that this love is influenced by the success of his or her siblings. In most cases, the younger child does not always understand the responsibilities of the household. In such scenarios, parents go to the older child for any sort of household. This also brings a sense of partiality in the younger child. Not only the parents, the children also should understand the situation and respect the parents' decisions. The parents also should not be biased towards the older or the younger sibling. This might create confusion within the family which might result in nuclear families. Whatever be the reason, the parents and the children should clear their misunderstanding. They should talk to each other and sort things out. This will help in creating a healthy and a prosperous lifestyle.
