Topic: Describe a campaign for orphans which had an impact on you.

I have been part of a campaign for helping the orphan children in an orphanage in my city with food and clothes. I was able to take part in the campaign along with my friend who has been a member of the orphanage working for the young children with sheer selflessness. I was moved by how much kindness she has been able to give and show towards these orphan children. When we went with the food and clothes that we gathered from people in our neighborhood who donated for our participation with the orphanage. I was able to find that her compassion was driven by the fact that in some way or the other we are more privileged than these orphans. Showing them consideration with food and clothes is the bare minimum one can do. I was largely affected by how kind a person could be in portraying such altruism in today’s materialistic world where people do not even have time for looking after their own parents or family members. The orphans after receiving the food and clothes were happy and had so much love for her, it made me respect her as my friend even more.
