Topic: Describe a task that you successfully did.

Sample Answer:

One of the tasks that I successfully completed was when I had to gather sufficient funds for the college farewell for our seniors. I was in my third year of college when the head of department asked me to muster a specific amount for the college farewell. Being a class representative at the time, I along with the CR's of other sections were given this responsibility. We collectively decided on an amount and reached out to our entire batch. I had divided the total amount and asked the other CR's to maintain transparency while reaching out to the other batch mates. I believe, maintaining transparency makes it easier to convince people. People are not as reluctant if they are clear about the segregation of the amount that is being asked for. At the end of the day we successfully collected the desired amount. Moreover, we were able to collect more than the amount that was desired. The farewell arrangements were exemplary. We were able to book the ebay DJ, the food catering and decoration were explicable and so was the entire function that we had organized. We conducted several games, a skit, dance and singing performances for our seniors. We ended the function with adieu speeches for our seniors. Our seniors enjoyed themselves thoroughly and so did the entire third year batch. My batchmates reached out to me indicating their happiness over the entire function and the transparency we held while gathering funds. They were thus motivated to donate more than the amount that was asked for. I was glad that I could reach out to my batchmates effectively and get the task done successfully. It was my first ever managerial task that I had completed successfully. I had previously completed several managerial tasks, but always had help from others and the tasks were divided accordingly. For this one my HOD had specifically given me the instructions to oversee the entire function. I was glad that I could happily assemble everyone in my batch to contribute in some way or the other, making the farewell function a huge success.

Topic: Write about why you think having a daily routine is important.Write pros and cons regarding the same.

Sample Answer:

According to me, no matter if you are in your teens, are a kid, an office-going individual or are working from home, your daily routine is something that everybody needs. A daily routine helps us be more disciplined, provides structure along with a proper time management. However, we must not forget that having a daily routine has its cons too which are also crucial to account for. I will be listing some of the pros of a daily routine in the following sentences. Increased efficiency, reducing the planning, giving structure to life, time management, instilling good habits in us, prioritizing and getting things done, becoming more proficient and so on are some of the pros of a daily routine. Personally, speaking it took me quite some time to figure out a proper daily routine. Being a night owl it took tremendous effort to muster the strength to wake up early in the morning. I believe that an individual who has a proper routine can manage all his daily tasks effectively. It also gives them the time to manage other menial jobs. I am not a fan of waking up early in the morning, but the benefits that it reaps are hard to ignore. It was initially hard to summon up this attitude towards a daily routine, but I gradually got accustomed to it. Several famous people like Sundar Pichai, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezoz and so on have a daily routine. Everyone either wakes up at 4.30 AM or 5.00 AM to start their day early and accomplish the tasks laid out for the day. Individuals with a daily routine know and understand the importance of time management which is a crucial ethic that one must have for a healthy livelihood. Even though there are a number of pros to a daily routine one must also not forget about the cons. have found that people who are stuck with a daily routine kills the flexibility, can be boring, requires too much of willpower and determination, it reduces the creativity and growth of individuals, it can be too strict, individuals might also get obsessed with their daily routines. Thus, owing to the numerous cons gathered above we must not forget that life can be unpredictable and it is sometimes okay to break free from our daily routines and not be too serious about it.
