Topic: Describe a place with animals.

Sample Answer:

I am an animal loving person and love to visit places with animals. I recently came to know about a national park which was situated near to my hometown. I am so besotted with national parks and sanctuaries that I never think of anything else. I am in love with the wild animals and capturing them in my memory. My friend informed me about the Buxa Tiger reserve. It is located in Dooars, the floodplains of Northeastern India. This reserve stretches for 760 square kilometers and consists of many rivers and its tributaries. It has a beautiful natural landscape which provides breathtaking views. The Buxa Tiger reserve has rocky terrain and some parts lie in the Sinchula Range which are inaccessible even by the authorities. These territories have hence remained unexplored for many years. I saw the pictures over the internet and it was very beautiful. It seemed as if the forest had cast a spell which influenced me. My friend also informed me that Buxa reserve is one of the best places to see wild elephants. As it is on the India-Bhutan border, the animals migrate from one forest to another. The view of the herd migrating from one forest to the other is absolutely mesmerizing. The Buxa tiger reserve has Tigers, deers, elephants, peacocks, bison, zebras and many other small animals. Buxa Tiger reserve is home to 67 species of mammals, 36 species of reptiles and 230 species of unidentified avifauna. The Buxa Tiger Reserve is also home to many tribes like Garo, Mechia, Madesia, Rava, Rajbanshi and Bhutia to name a few. It constitutes a total of 38 forest villages, 49 fringe villages and four fixed demand holdings. Most of the tribal members do farming and work as laborers in tea gardens. When my friend told me about all this, it seemed like I was under his spell. I was so eagerly listening to his experience. I will be visiting this reserve soon.

Topic: Many people find it hard to balance work with other parts of life. What are the reasons and how can this be solved? Discuss your thoughts.

Sample Answer:

In this world where professionalism is at its peak, working to earn money and survive is important. There are various types of people in this world. Many people find it hard to balance their work life and their personal life. Some people are very dedicated towards work. Some are in love with their work so much that they make it their personal and professional life. In this essay, we will discuss the problems to balance professional and personal life. There are multiple reasons for this. Some of them being, unbalanced lifestyle, time management skills, longer working hours, etc. Some people are so besotted towards one that they find the other irrelevant. The companies nowadays are increasing the work pressure on the employees. This results in longer working hours to meet the target. As a result, the work and life balance is disturbed. Longer work hours increases stress and fatigue. The problem of balancing can be solved and there are multiple ways to do that. Employees and working professionals must learn time management skills. The companies will always try to increase the work pressure. Employees should not think that they are under the spell of their bosses. They should have clear communication about what tasks are possible within the working hours. Employees also need to decide and balance the priorities in their life. Everyone has a family and personal life. Learning to balance between work and personal life is important. Professionals can learn different tools and applications which will reduce their work pressure. I also believe that companies should have a fixed structure of work. They should not force their employees to do more work from home. We should keep in mind that if the work pressure causes too much fatigue, employees might leave the job. This will not only harm the employee but also the company. Companies can offer rewards for the best employees. They can arrange sessions for people who are unable to handle the pressure. All these small steps will lead towards a more balanced life.
