Answer: Confidential information must come from an authentic source. If the information comes from a stranger, it is likely that the information might not be correct or might also lead to data or money theft. Hence, it is mandatory to know the person from whom we are seeking information.

Answer: This question can be very subjective. We often filter the information that we need. There are chances that what might be useful for us might not be for others. For example, if I am searching for a house in Mumbai, that information would be relevant to me but someone who already owns a house would find it futile.
