Question 1: How often do you run?
Running is an exercise that impacts all parts of the human body. Since I love to keep myself fit, I usually run daily. No matter what, I never miss running in the early morning. Every single day I run for 45 minutes without fail. This has been in my fitness schedule for a long time. On the weekends, I try to run for an hour. On the weekdays, I have time in hand, I run on the treadmill for 10-15 minutes but that’s quite rare.

For me, the place is not a factor. However, I usually go to the jogger's park for running. As these parks and fields have fewer turns, I enjoy running a lot. When I find the parks a little bit crowded, I run on the road. I find the treadmill to be a good alternative on rainy and too-cold days.

Question 3: Is running a good exercise?
Running is a great exercise for the human mind and body. Especially in the morning because of the fresh air. It keeps us fit and energetic throughout the day. For those people who want to lose some bunches of fat, it will be great exercise. However, people with joint pain and other complication may run under a doctor's or professional’s advice.

Question 4: Do you run more now than you did you in the past?
Not really, I actually used to run more in the past. This is mainly because I used to have a less busy schedule at that time. As a result, I could give more time to my fitness routine. Right now, I am in hurry in the morning as I have to run to the office. It is not possible to run more even if I want to because I cannot manage time for it.
