Question 1: Do you usually do the same things every morning?
Yes, I usually start my morning with jogging. I wake up at the same time every morning. Then I go jogging. While coming back, I usually buy groceries and vegetables. I either study or go to purchase essentials or get engaged in video calls or simply idle away the time after doing breakfast. I sometimes make breakfast and coffee by myself to surprise my family. I don’t have a fixed routine for this.

I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, honestly, sometimes I skip breakfast. It happens rarely, but when I have some presence in the office or an important, meeting to catch – I cant help. According to doctors and dietitians, it is definitely an unhealthy habit.

Not at all. I was not an early-morning person at all. I can remember I hit the snooze button when the alarm rang, even a few years back. Currently, I am concerned about fitness because of some recently detected health problems.
