In my opinion, I believe that having a university education is essential for having a decent job rather than looking for work after school to gain experience is crucial in the business stream. On the one hand, many individuals think it is easier to find a good job if they possess a university degree. In other words, having tertiary education puts people one step ahead of others who do not, and this scenario may be a deciding factor for the hiring process. The competition to get into universities and the increasing number of graduates show just how significant this education level is for peoples' future work opportunities. Moreover, the relevant field of experience can be achieved in both the theoretical and practical aspects, which in turn increases the chances of higher salaries. For instance, a university student gets exposure to inside and outside of the classroom studies, seminars, workshops, and a lot more to teach the academics better.

On the other hand, having or gathering work experience after schooling days may be significantly useful in the business sector. Developing the practical factor more by doing the relevant work in the relevant segment may be much beneficial on the longer scale where the experience is more required than the academics. For many positions, there is an overwhelming number of applicants and even fresher looking for the job. As a result of this, experienced and skilled candidates with relevant job experience may be preferred by the organization as per the requirements. While in business, it would be more significant for an applicant to have relevant experience. And for the organization to put forward the applicant to the relevant post without special training.
