Band 8 IELTS Essay

The main sources of entertainment for the current generation are movies and movies. There is a tremendous negative impact on our culture from the increase of violent movie scenes. Unmistakable effects of this situation include the high crime rate as well as a clear decline in social and mental health. In order to address this serious social tragedy, this article will list a few problems and provide some viable answers. Numerous problems plague harsh movies. One the one hand, watching movies and applying the scenes to real-life situations are two ways that individuals learn from them.

The crime rate may rise if young teenagers learn about these atrocities and try to use them in their own homes in an effort to become heroes. They miss the wonderful lesson of life after seeing the film's negative sections. On the other hand, viewing offensive media may result in mental and behavioural modifications. Instead of developing a good habit, they become rude.

An increase in social disorder among teenagers in the UK over the previous year was reported to be 10%, according to a recent survey. There are a few strategies to reduce the harmful effects of violent movies. To start, in order to decide whether or not a film contains an appropriate level of violence, the government should monitor and measure that level of violence. Tight regulations are necessary to maintain a film's low level of rough content. To ensure the welfare of their children, parents must also assume obligations. In order to guide their children in the right path, parents must closely monitor them.

Additionally, schools, where students spend a lot of time each day, can set up special courses to educate students. An effective alternative should also be given to a general public campaign. For instance, it is demonstrated that some schools will put together a student campaign to address this issue among students and their parents. The most significant form of entertainment today is film, which cannot be avoided. It is advised that the content be appropriately measured before leaving with a motion picture. so that it can convey the appropriate and necessary message to our growing generation.

A large number of scenes of brutality can be found on television and in movies nowadays. This, in my opinion, is an undeniable fact. And we now face certain challenges, such as some people following the examples of psychopaths in movies or becoming more violent and not seeing it as a problem.

On the other hand, we are aware of many tendencies in Japan, where such films are intended to reduce the excessive degree of violence. In terms of measures, it is vital to adhere to age restrictions, as the majority of murders committed as a result of watching movies were perpetrated by teens. A more caring approach to the creation of negative characters means that people are less likely to want to mimic them. In general, people have followed key characters from movies, novels, and computer games throughout history. For example, British media reported on various gangs that were inspired by Alex from the film "A Clockwork Orange" and committed thefts across the country. When the producer realized the situation, he tried to block the film from being replicated, and the writer was strongly opposed to the production. However, the films' appealing killers do not necessarily incite people to commit murders. In Japan, for instance, the opposite tendency is evident. The country has a thriving free market for such films and animation projects, which has contributed to reducing the country's violent crime rate. Furthermore, age restrictions must be followed and possibly revised upward. A more responsible attitude to antiheroes in films, rather than attempting to excuse their behaviour and transform them into idols.
Finally, a video sequence may be able to awaken something dark in a person and provoke him to murder. This merely signifies that he already had issues in his spirit that may manifest regardless of what he saw. Looking ahead, it is undeniable that, if we continue on our current path, we will not be able to totally eliminate the number of such films. Nor will it be necessary, but we will be able to change the way antiheroes are portrayed.

Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Many people believe that today's movies reflect significant amounts of violence. This might be the beginning of a serious social disaster. As can be seen, other social issues of a similar sort exist. Yet, this disagreement can be handled by proposing specific activities. Both the issues and the solutions are thoroughly investigated.

When it comes to the challenges, the most compelling argument is that they can affect a child's mental health. To elaborate, children, who are the most impressionable, are more quickly influenced by a film's content than other people. Scenes involving a variety of behaviors, such as fighting, killing, or catching, are likely to attract them. As a result, it may have a harmful impact on the mental health of youngsters. Furthermore, youngsters who see violent incidents become more aggressive, misbehaving with their peers and, in some cases, their parents. They are more inclined to commit illegal acts like assault and murder. As a result, the rate of teenage crime could likely climb. Most significantly, the government should conduct a thorough evaluation of all types of publicly released films in order to effectively address this problem. In addition, there must be no violent moments in the flicks. As a result, children and teenagers were permitted to view the picture without restriction. In addition, parents should devote more time to their children's education and minimize their exposure to such film moments. But, I am not convinced that this is the sole right approach. Because it is far more necessary to focus on children and their difficulties, many serious social problems are linked to childhood. They can also urge their children to participate in sports and other activities outside of the classroom. Finally, it is possible to argue that too many violent scenes in films have a harmful impact on our culture, especially among children. On the other hand, these difficulties could be addressed by joining an authority association.
