The average water temperature in Hawaii between 1990 and 2000 is depicted in line graphs. Overall, despite the fact that the temperatures are shown more specifically for the year 2000 than for the year 1990. It can be said that the patterns over the years were the same, albeit with slightly different magnitudes.

But in both years, August was the hottest month. In 2000, the changes were substantially more extreme than they were in 1990. The water's average temperature was about 70 degrees at the beginning of the year in both years, with the lowest readings occurring in January. The warmth of the water reached higher levels in 2000, recording 80 degrees, marking the year's highs. Whereas the average temperature climbed fairly steadily until August in 1990, recording a high point of 74 degrees. After August, the temperature of the water in 2000 fell precipitously, reaching 72 in December. But from August through the end of the year 1990, the temperature gradually dropped to 72 degrees. Even though there was the same amount of water at the beginning and end of the year in 1990 and 2000, the high points changed significantly during these years. It is evident that Hawaii's weather experienced fluctuation at whatever temperature. The lowest temperature was 70 degrees, which was recorded in January. In August, the temperature reached its highest point of 81 degrees.
