Spending public dollars on railroads is undoubtedly justified in many ways. More people can travel on trains. They are also eco-friendly. They do not release harmful gases that contaminate the air, unlike vehicles or buses. The fact that trains avoid traffic is another benefit of using them. People can get where they're going on schedule. Trains are typically faster and safer as well. Even better, train rates are typically much less expensive than bus or taxi fares in the majority of countries around the world. It appears that due to a variety of factors, traffic congestion on the highways is becoming a bigger concern in today's society. Consequently, a large number of people in our society are struggling in various ways. The railroad is the most convenient and timely method for travellers. in order to stay away from hostile situations. Similarly, in modern times, tubes such as Metro trains have emerged as a remedy. It is for these types of issues and reduces the time and effort required by passengers while providing comfortable transportation. For instance, recent polls indicate that 60% of Delhi residents favour the metro trains as their preferred mode of transportation.

Roads, on the other hand, are just as crucial. In some geographic regions, the building of railroads is not feasible, leaving roads as the sole viable option for human transportation. Furthermore, not every part of a nation can be reached by rail networks. In actuality, most people travel to college or their place of employment by both highways and railroads. To get to the train station, for instance, they might use a bus or a car, and then they could take the train to their office from there. People will struggle to get where they are going if there are no roads or if the ones that are there are in terrible shape.

In conclusion, both roads and railroads are necessary to make travel simple for people. Therefore, I disagree with the claim that the government ought to increase its investment in railroads. Instead, it should give both means of transportation the same amount of prominence.
