We have accepted your application to do a short work experience internship at e-POSE magazine, the publication that specialises in internet fashion, online trends and gives the latest interviews with influencers and internet stars. You have been assigned to work with us from Monday to Friday, that is, June 2 to June 22. Please report to the Reception at 9 a.m. on the first Monday of your work experience tenure. We ask that you dress in smart casual clothing. Ask for Amber Pembroke, who will be your supervisor and mentor for the period you are with us.

As you know, being accepted to do a short internship with us is very competitive and we were extremely impressed with your submission. You show a clear, long-term talent for and interest in the world of fashion and the internet, and we look forward to working with you when you join us. Is for any reason you are unable to take up your position with us on the dates above, please inform us immediately so we are able to offer the opportunity to another applicant. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you any alternative dates,

We need to obtain permission from your parents/guardians and your school/university for you to attend. Please reply to this letter accepting the dates we have offered you with the attached release documents signed by both one of your parents/guardians (if you are under the age of 18) and your school principal of university tutor.

We offer a fixed salary of £150 per week in recompense for your hard work. Your hours will begin at 9 a.m. each weekday and the earliest you will finish is 6 p.m. You may be asked to work longer hours when we draw near our monthly publication date. Though we may consider employing you in the future this is not an offer of full-time employment.

Your duties will include doing research and database maintenance, assisting out stylists on sourcing and purchasing props and arranging for garment loans and returns with designers. You may also be asked to liaise with clients and suppliers.
