FOOD FOR CHILDREN

sardines are all rich in omega-3s. It helps kids focus better on

whatever they do. It can be offered in grilled form with sandwiches.

D. Nuts & Seeds: Nuts include almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, chestnuts

hazelnuts, pine nuts, pistachios and walnuts. Peanuts are technically

a legume but are commonly referred to as nuts as they have a similar

nutritional composition. They are essential to keep the nervous system in

check.
