Topic: Fatherhood ought to be emphasized as much as motherhood. The idea that women are solely responsible for deciding whether or not to have babies. It leads on to the idea that they are also responsible for bringing the children up. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement?

Band 8 IELTS Answer

Motherhood is the most prized state a woman can achieve, according to everyone both then and now. I consider it essential that both parents, the mother and the father, bear equal responsibility for raising their children. The development of the child's physical and mental stability is a priority in every step of the process.

Even though they may play different roles in their partnership, their significance is still equal. In some societies, raising children alone has become simpler over time for lone parents. This does not imply, though, that the traditional family is obsolete. providing their children with emotional support and serving as positive role models is both parents. The children are not being raised in the most acceptable or satisfying manner.

How we define "responsible for raising the children" is, in my opinion, of utmost importance. Simplest of all, it might entail providing the money required to buy a person a place to live, food, and clothing. A good education and ensuring the child's safety are also priorities. This is merely a basic explanation of what was once thought to be the case, and there is still much to learn.

However, there is a second way that the aforementioned quotation's second part might be defined. This would imply that providing for his children's basic needs is not solely the father's responsibility. As she engages in the daily tasks of raising them, their mother. In the event that it is permitted by their employer, some women prefer to work from home. Women might occasionally have more opportunities for advancement in the workplace than their husbands. Instead, one ought to divide up the daily responsibilities and spend as much time as possible with the family while still working. playing with them, reading the news to them, directly assisting with their education, and actively engaging in their daily lives Furthermore, he exhorted them to adopt his environment of enthusiasm.

Second, the idea of "fatherhood," which I support even though I acknowledge that it can be challenging at times. Jobs are becoming more stressful and demanding long hours, not less, as a result of the economic and employment conditions in many countries. perhaps lengthy commutes to work as well. Because of this, it might continue to be a desirable ideal for many rather than an achievable reality. This is how society feels about the situation and everyone must accept the reality.

Band 8.5 IELTS Essay

In today's society, both parents play an equal role in the family life to bring up the children. It is very important to share their responsibilities equally to make their children good citizens of tomorrow. Therefore, I strongly agree with the statement that looking after the children is the shared responsibility of both mother and the father.

Firstly, in this advanced world, women are also educated as men are and in some cases, women are rather more talented than men. This is the most common situation found in many developing countries. It paves the way for them to work as well and be the breadwinners of the entire family. Moreover, nowadays, because of high living expenses and also in order to meet the basic needs of children such as food, clothes, housing etc. This has become mandatory for both members of the family to work and earn money for the family

Secondly, it is essential for every child to experience the love and care from both father and mother to attain a good character. The idea is that the father needs to find some leisure time to spend with the child and make him/her energetic. By teaching outside sports instead of computer games. Likewise, the mother also needs to take care of the behavior and should teach good morals in life. As a result, the child will also become healthy physically and emotionally.

On the other hand, there are many children in this world that are living with a single parent. Even though they seem to be happier in front of society, there would be something they lack in their personal life irrespective of their professional life. If they were given an opportunity to share their feelings, definitely they will point out the values of the family relationships. For instance, they were sure that they would have done better in their life if they were brought up in a loving family with both mother and father.

To conclude, I want to remember that there is a saying that "Parents are the best role models for their children". Therefore, it is worth sharing their responsibilities among them to provide a brighter future for their children. The child behaves as said by the parents and they will be inspired by the daily works of the parents. And that experience will help them to excel in their future.

Band 6 IELTS Essay

Traditionally women would take the responsibility of nurturing and upbringing children in a family. Annd that can be connected with many factors such as rules and stereotypes that are present in our society. The modern-day mothers are not always able to look after their children, despite their best efforts and intentions.

While having demanding careers at the same time. In recent days, fathers have been participating in children’s life more actively and making a huge difference. I completely agree that fatherhood should be highly accentuated because this approach will promote the all-round development of a child's overall growth.

First of all, the fathers and mothers involve different streaks in their babies based on their characteristics. By playing with a mother, a child can become polite, and sentimental. But taking part in games and outdoor activities with a father helps to develop intellect and motor skills. Primarily this is connected with the type of activity because men prefer to build or design some objects, and play board games. And women like teaching a child to talk about feelings and build a relationship with other people.

Moreover, having contact with a man in a family will contribute to a positive attitude towards gender development. A boy tries to replicate the behaviors of his father and a girl makes an attempt to be like her mother. A good relationship with the head of the family can develop masculinity in a boy and femininity in a girl to a better extent as compared. As a result in adult life, these young women and men will be able to build positive relationships with their future spouses.

Finally, the people, who had a family with both parents where a father had played a significant role in his children’s lives, have succeeded in their careers. This statement was confirmed by the American scientists who have asked many people about their childhood. Then they inferred that young people from a full family graduated from a university more frequently than people without a father.

Also, fatherhood can develop many positive streaks in modern children and we can’t refuse. This opportunity follows the ancient stereotypes and chooses only motherhood such as the correct model of upbringing. Hence I conclude that motherhood is as equally important as fatherhood. Everyone has an equal responsibility to develop the child’s career and personality development.
