Farming is considered to be the backbone of every country. It is the reason for existence for every county and its citizens. But nowadays youngsters hesitate to enter this profession. There might be many reasons and solutions to this problem. Even the children of farmers hesitate to tell that their parents are farmers. The common problem and reason for this is the importance of farming. Respect and importance should be given to farming and farmers.
Different mediums must be used to spread respect and awareness regarding the importance of farming. Second reason is that youngsters are very much involved with technology. They want to get corporate jobs. Students learn through technology so they consider it to be a respectful job or field. Not much emphasis is given to the resources and other fields. Everybody is running on the same track and no one dares to try something new.
For youngsters corporate jobs or white collar jobs are much respected. Also, it provides financial profit as compared to fields like farming. Money is important to live. Youngsters study so that they can earn in the future. They are easily attracted towards careers that offer them more in terms of money.
Solutions for the same include spreading the importance of farming. As other things are taught in schools, the importance of agriculture and farming must be taught. Facts and interest must be produced in the minds of students. Also, the stipend should be fixed for crops if they get destroyed due to natural calamity. Initiatives must be taken towards spreading awareness regarding farming. Many insurance must be provided to the farmers. Many courses regarding agriculture and farming must be provided to students. There is no doubt in the fact that farming is the backbone of every country. It is an essential part of every country. Agriculture and farming are the wheels that make a country move. Without farmers no one would be able to live. It is true that for youngsters it is just a hesitation. Youngsters even feel shameful to introduce parents as farmers. The main reason is that youngsters are not taught about the importance of farming. They are given more knowledge about other fields. They are given knowledge about technology. Youths get more attracted to careers which are financially stable.
While on the other hand farming might cause a lot of loss. During floods and natural calamities, crops get destroyed. The hard work and money used on those crops are not paid attention by the government. It provides a basic negative viewpoint towards the instability of farming. Farming is not a permanent career option. It is done according to the seasons. But youth looks for stability and permanence in regards to work and job. Because they have to meet their expenses. Money is important in today's world. To have a regular permanent job is important.
Initiatives must be taken by the government to spread awareness regarding farming. There must be steps taken to provide loans and insurance to farmers. Also, a minimum wage must be fixed during off season for farmers.
In school, knowledge regarding farming and agriculture must be provided. Along with other subjects agriculture must be a subject too. This will create interest in students’ minds. And a positive effect will be created in their minds regarding farming. The degree and diplomas regarding agriculture and farming must be made available to all. More colleges should provide diplomas in agriculture and Bsc courses in Agriculture.
Farming is an important part of our lives and it must be given respect.

Farming and agriculture forms the basis of a country's economy and survival. It is essential. As food is essential for us. The process through which food is obtained must be given importance. Farmers don't get the respect that they deserve. It is true that youngsters feel hesitant to choose farming. They feel shameful. The main reason for it is that the job is very demanding. Physical labor and hard work is needed in farming. Youngsters nowadays look for jobs which don't require much physical work. Mental work and smartness is seen while looking for a job. Earlier, physically hard work was given a lot of importance.
Also, farming is not a stable and permanent job. It causes a lot of loss during natural calamities. Hard work is not paid attention when crops get destroyed. Farmers have to take loans and pay debts to produce crops for one season. When the crop gets destroyed they get unemployed. It is seen as a negative point regarding farming. Also, dueto increase of technology students pay attention towards corporate jobs. Corporate jobs provide financial stability to youngsters. Also, it is less demanding with regards to physical work.
Everybody looks for jobs which provide them more money. So a job like farming which is risky and demands hard work is ignored.
The solution for the problem is that the government must take initiatives. Loans and schemes must be launched in favor of farmers. Farmers must be given full attention and financial aid. Financial aid during loss and natural calamities must be provided. There must be various loans and insurance for the farmers. A minimum wage must be fixed for the farmers during the off season.
All the good quality seeds must be used by farmers to gain popularity. Organic vegetables and fruits are paid more attention. So, youngsters must try to bring new techniques in farming and agriculture. New course of farming should be launched and made available to students.
