What was it and where you used to do it?
I used to go running regularly, typically at a local park near my house. I have adapted this habit of exercising since I was in grade 4th. My father was a sports teacher and now he is retired. Thus, at first I was encouraged and somewhat forced to exercise on a daily basis.
Who you used to do it with?
I would usually go by myself, although occasionally I would go with a friend or family member.
Why you stopped?
I stopped running for a few reasons. First, I developed some knee problems that made it painful to run for long periods of time. Second, I became very busy with school and work, which made it difficult to find time to fit in a run. Finally, I found that I was more interested in other forms of exercise, such as lifting weights and doing yoga.
Say if you would like to restart it or not, why?
Despite these reasons, I do still have a Nostalgic desire to start running again. There is something very meditative and cathartic about the act of running, and I miss the feeling of accomplishment that comes with completing a long run. However, I am also aware that my knee problems could flare up if I start running again, so I am hesitant to do so. In the future, I may consider trying a lower impact cardio activity, such as swimming or cycling, in order to stay in shape while minimizing strain on my joints.

I also have other priorities and commitments that take up much of my time, so it would be difficult for me to fit running back into my routine at this time. However, I do hope to be able to incorporate it into my exercise routine again at some point in the future.
