However they like and that no laws should be passed that restrict their freedom. For instance, at sports matches like football, the noise level is at its highest, or during festivities like kids’ parties at home, where kids scream at the top of their lungs to be heard. But, many people believe that the police force must put certain restrictions on how much noise is created. This is because excessive noise not only affects neighbouring residents' balance and tranquillity. But it also poses health risks such as hearing loss, heart problems, migraines, and headaches.

With this, anyone who causes noise must be severely punished and, if necessary, imprisoned. To clarify, it is against the law in Delhi for anyone to make loud DJ music or any other form of noise after 12 PM. If this legislation is broken, they will face stiff fines. To sum up, some believe that even if people ought to have complete freedom to create noise, legislation should still be in place. This is in order to help people control their noise because excessive noise can have a negative impact on the community. However, I wholeheartedly concur that further noise is bad for society and that there should be restrictions on how much noise is created. However, there shouldn't be any legal responsibilities when loud noises are unavoidable in particular circumstances. In conclusion, I believe that laws and limits on noise levels are essential to upholding community cohesion and tranquillity. To ensure that people have the right to perform loud music or sound, these laws should occasionally be eased.

In my perspective, we should put up with a certain amount of noise, despite the fact that it can be quite distracting and bothersome.

People living in a neighbourhood who might have heart diseases or even issues with high blood pressure might have problems with too much noise. Moreover, sometimes it even disturbs the entire neighbouring area when noises of political campaigns become too loud. Loud noises even disturb students during their examinations while they can't concentrate in their preparations. In conclusion, noise is an excellent source of distraction and, in some circumstances, may be very annoying. But I think we must put up with it for a while.

Using a performance with a loud soundtrack nearby after midnight as an example, you would not be able to sleep that night. As a result, this must be considered a crime. Loud voices and other forms of annoyance should be deemed illegal. First, those who produce a really obnoxious voice must be subject to legal prosecution. Second, loud noises can be extremely upsetting to nearby residents, members of the public, and even animals. Some people don't care if their behaviour disturbs others. Overly loud noises should indeed be made illegal in these circumstances. For instance, Denmark's hospitals have a stringent "no shout" rule, and violators may face severe legal repercussions. The safety of patients and guests has been guaranteed as a result.

But on the other side, everybody has the right to freedom. Some people contend that it is against their freedom to prevent them from making noise and that doing so violates their right to free speech. For instance, they can explain why they are unable to hold a pool party at their home for their pals. Even though they have a point, they still cannot take any action that will restrict the freedom of others. You can host as many pool parties as you want, but keep the volume down to demonstrate this. Finally, as long as you are not violating anyone else's freedom, you are free to create any loud noises. Because of this, making excessive noise shouldn't be a crime as long as it complies with social norms.
