Topic: Nowadays environmental problems are too big to be managed by individual persons or individual countries. In other words, it is an international problem. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Model Answer 1:

The most pressing issue of the twenty-first century is environmental degradation, which is hurting people all over the world. This issue is so immense that it requires everyone in the world to work together to fix it. As a result, while it is true that this damage cannot be dealt with by a single person or a single nation alone, every individual's commitment to environmental well-being is required to address this issue.

To begin with, environmental devastation has become a global problem, necessitating careful consideration of all aspects contributing to the problem, which necessitates a significant amount of finance and planning.

Furthermore, the intricacy of environmental issues cannot be solved without the participation and collaboration of the entire world. For example, combating the problem of water pollution is impossible if one country observes rigorous restrictions to save pure water while the other continues to dump industrial trash into the oceans.

On the other hand, I feel that each and every individual's contribution is critical in addressing environmental issues. Air pollution problems can be readily handled if we all opt to commute by public transportation or cycling rather than driving or riding motorcycles. People must also demonstrate their willingness to participate in various environmental campaigns and programs. For instance, the Indian government launched the “SWACHH BHARAT” campaign, in which many citizens helped to keep their surroundings clean and pollution-free. As a result, every little bit of assistance helps to solve the situation.

To summarise, international organizations and governments play a critical role in addressing environmental issues; nevertheless, it will be beneficial if every individual recognizes their part in this major concern and contributes to its resolution.

Model Answer 2:

Environmental challenges are global difficulties that people are dealing with in this era. It is believed that these issues are so large that they cannot be solved by a single person or a single country and that they must be addressed by all nations. Some people, on the other hand, think in different ways. From my perspective, I agree with the view that everyone must work together to combat the problem.

On the one hand, there are a number of causes behind this issue. The most prominent source is thought to be dust from vehicles such as cars and motorcycles; factories, industrial sites, and so on. Everyone must minimize the number of times they utilize personal transportation and replace it with public transit in this situation. It is pointless if only one person recognizes the value of the environment and begins to defend it without the assistance of others.

People, on the other hand, cannot save the Earth on their own. Plastic trash, for example, is another issue that needs to be addressed. Because most people continue to use plastic items, and governments have not provided the most efficient remedy, the problem has not yet been solved. Waste production continues to rise, and as a result, a massive amount of garbage is being dumped into the sea. It results in the deaths of numerous endangered marines as well as unappealing views.

Finally, there are two sides to the problem, both of which I agree cannot be remedied by individuals. Everyone must band together to address the problems as soon as possible. With our efforts, I believe the Earth will soon be recovered.

Model Answer 3:

For the last few decades, there have been a number of intense arguments centred on environmental issues. Many people believe that environmental concerns are global issues beyond the control of individuals and governments. Personally, I feel that environmental issues pose a significant threat to the entire globe; yet, I believe that not only corporations and governments, but also individuals, bear responsibilities.

On the one hand, I believe that environmental issues have the potential to cause chaos in every corner of the world. There is no doubt that dealing with global challenges like global warming and deforestation will cost a lot of money. Only multinational organizations and governments appear to be capable of covering such enormous costs. Furthermore, the complexity of environmental issues necessitates the participation and collaboration of governments from many countries. It is impossible to prevent water pollution, for example, if one country makes significant efforts to conserve pure water while another country on the other side of the world continues to pollute by dumping massive amounts of rubbish into the ocean.

Individuals, on the other hand, I believe, play a critical role in environmental improvement. In truth, there are a variety of approaches that can be used to reduce the detrimental effects on the environment. A growing percentage of citizens prefer to use public transportation instead of cars or motorcycles, resulting in fewer greenhouse emissions being discharged into the atmosphere. As a result, air pollution levels in several areas have decreased significantly. Individuals also tend to express their readiness to participate in environmental campaigns. For example, millions of people from all around the world participate in the Earth Hour initiative to save electricity.

Finally, while international organizations and governments play a key role in addressing significant environmental challenges, environmental problems will no longer be a severe threat if humanity as a whole can get its act together.
