Band 6 IELTS Essay

Many companies appear to be looking for diverse job applicants with good social skills these days. Some people believe that these skills are just as important as having a good education. I completely agree with you for a variety of reasons.

There are numerous tasks in businesses that necessitate a large number of employees . They try to find the best practical solutions like brainstorming and collaborating through various projects or discussions. In this situation, having positive social skills in person is the key to having more opportunities to express and share ideas with coworkers. As a result, better outcomes with creative ideas can be discovered more frequently.

Social skills are extremely important for all workers however if they are not good they can be bullied. Because a good bond or communion with others usually leads to better understanding between people. It will be difficult for them to share their opinions or have a conversation with others if they lack these skills. As a result, workers who lack social skills may feel lonely and isolated. Furthermore, the experience we gained is more useful in our professional lives. This increases our chances of becoming more successful in our professional workplace. A traveler doctor can learn more about his profession while surviving on another continent and then try on clients in order to heal them in other ways. As a result, becoming an expert requires not only a certificate from a high degree but also a lot of experience. Therefore, although success is measured on different scales, I strongly agree and add that social abilities are another factor that must be considered. I am entirely in favor of the statement that interpersonal skills are essential elements in workplaces because they produce more positive results. It helps to reduce tensions and reduce the pressure of being neglected by others at work.

The success of any organization is determined by the caliber of its employees. I completely agree that when it comes to hiring new employees, social skills are just as important as qualifications. No company can thrive if its employees, no matter how highly qualified they are, lack social skills.

It's easy to see why employers value social skills in addition to qualifications. Social skills reflect an individual's ability to collaborate with others in a way that fosters long-term working relationships. Aside from technical skills, many personality traits such as creativity, adaptability, honesty, integrity, and effort are important. A university diploma does not indicate whether or not a person possesses those characteristics. A degree does not indicate how a person will function in any way.Furthermore, if recruitment is based on candidates' technical skills, it results in hiring employees who lack the social skills required to work effectively. This is due to a lack of emotional intelligence. It is the ability to understand one's own emotions as well as the emotions of others and to use that understanding to adjust and cooperate with others. This causes interpersonal conflict and frustration, and such employees are sometimes fired. Furthermore, such employees are unable to handle the social demands of leadership and must thus remain in lower-level positions. Academic qualifications are undoubtedly important because a university grade is a first impression for a first job or job with good pay just like clothing . Before considering an individual's experience, companies look first for that piece of paper. A degree simply demonstrates that an individual has acquired the necessary academic knowledge to perform a job. A degree is unquestionably advantageous to recruiters selecting qualified candidates. In conclusion, it is clear why social expertise, in addition to qualifications, is highly valued. Such abilities are essential for professional success.

Band 8 IELTS Essay

The ability includes social and other expertise. Many people nowadays believe that soft skills are extremely important. Furthermore, good qualifications are required for job success. This statement is correct because it improves the quality of business and employees.

Experienced employees are an important component in the business sector and play an important role in the quality of work.To begin with, many employees receive a good qualification in business quality. Employers receive a good education, but their interpersonal skills are lacking. In other words, some employees are able to use soft skills, while others are unaware of personal traits.Furthermore, this department is composed of a professional member of staff who has applied for the role of the job.

Furthermore, finding a job vacancy is a significant issue. Despite the fact that the majority of workers have a high school diploma and a high college diploma in their field, social skills have an impact on their relationships with coworkers. The ability to multitask as well as coworkers with insufficient intellectual level. For example, the person in charge of communicating with the customer may not understand the needs of the customer. As a result, the customer does not want to speak with this type of employee, and the company's reputation in the line of work may suffer. However, just because social skills are becoming more important does not mean a man cannot succeed without them. However, just because social skills are becoming more important does not mean a man cannot succeed without them. Many jobs today require little person-to-person contact, teamwork, or collaboration. For example, software development, which involves writing code, is much more about technical knowledge and reasoning. Similarly, data entry jobs require knowledge of database software such as Oracle and Microsoft Excel.

To summarize, it is easy to see why social skills are so important; certain professionals can thrive even without social interaction.
