In this situation, having positive social skills in person is the key to having more opportunities to express and share ideas with coworkers. As a result, better outcomes with creative ideas can be discovered more frequently.

Social skills are extremely important for all workers however if they are not good they can be bullied. Because a good bond or communion with others usually leads to better understanding between people.
