The cause of this is because those who lacked these abilities spent their childhoods in seclusion. Additionally, it is indicated that employees who lack teamwork abilities struggle to work effectively with their coworkers.

Considering everything, it's probable that these childhood causes result in a lack of abilities including such communication. And teamwork, which leads to difficulties and alienation from other coworkers in the workplace.
