Millions of people use electric vehicles to go small distances in the current world. Batteries are used as the primary power source for electric motorcycles, Segways, and hoverboards. For a short distance, such devices are rising in popularity in urban areas. The advantages and drawbacks of such vehicles will be covered in this article, along with my opinion in more concluding words.

There are a lot of EV shortages, on the one hand. First and foremost, no safety precautions have been implemented for electric vehicles. The fact that such vehicles travel at a speed of 20 km/h and lack safety measures causes thousands of individuals to haemorrhage and be involved in accidents. I recently read a survey published in the Times of India. It claims that after permitting electric vehicles, the accident rate in the USA increased to 32%. Additionally, less individuals are choosing to walk short distances these days in favour of using these kinds of cars. Because of this, it has negative consequences on health including obesity, laziness, and many others. These two issues are two of the biggest problems with electric cars. However, electric vehicles (EVs) have a lot of advantages. These battery-powered cars are first and foremost more environmentally friendly and contribute to a reduction in noise pollution. Engineers create some vehicles, such as those that use a battery in place of a fuel engine. And are much quieter than other forms of transportation, to help explain this. For instance, Chinese consumers prefer more electric vehicles in cities since they lower noise and carbon monoxide pollution rates to 23% in that year. Segways and hoverboards are also incredibly accessible and practical. This can be explained by the fact that it doesn't need a parking spot and that learning to drive is simpler than with a car. In conclusion, I believe that EVs have more benefits than just being environmentally beneficial and convenient to use. They also help to reduce noise pollution. However, it is important to consider safety measures and potential health risks.

As a result, it has detrimental effects on health, such as obesity and indolence. Two of the main concerns with electric cars are these two issues. However, there are many benefits to driving an electric vehicle (EV). The main advantages of these battery-powered vehicles are that they are cleaner for the environment and produce less noise. Some cars, such as those that use batteries instead of fuel engines, are made by engineers. To assist explain this, and are significantly quieter than other modes of transportation. For instance, Chinese customers have favored more electric vehicle use in urban areas since that year. The rates of noise and carbon monoxide pollution decreased by 23%. Hoverboards and Segways are also quite accessible and useful. This can be explained by the lack of parking space requirements and the ease with which one can learn to drive compared to using a car. In conclusion, I think EVs offer advantages beyond merely being practical and friendly to the environment. Additionally, they aid in lowering noise pollution. Band 7.5 IELTS Essay

Numerous little electric vehicles are used by millions of people to get around cities today. The way traffic moves is drastically changing as a result of this technological breakthrough. However, the main drawbacks of these automated vehicles, like electric bikes and scooters, are their lack of safety and their negative impact on health.

Whereas the benefits assume that they are energy-efficient, time-saving, and environmentally benign. Sincerely, I think electric mobility gadgets are a terrific advancement as long as they are utilised properly and with care. Regarding the drawbacks, the usage of electric vehicles has resulted in a sharp rise in the number of injuries sustained in public. As an example, the majority of commuters experience various sorts of trauma, such as head injuries. As a result of the lack of user safety provided by electric scooters and hoverboards and the high speeds they move. For instance, according to newly released figures, the number of accidents involving motor vehicles has grown in New York by 20%. Additionally, commuters who use electric cars spend fewer hours exercising because they are unable to walk as much and eventually become even less active. However, these technologies' overall advantages outweigh their disadvantages. To begin with, short distances in cities may be travelled in electric vehicles more quickly. Hoverboards or scooters may also be useful for getting to a store because they have a good top speed of about 10-15 km/h. Utilising electric vehicles has the added benefit of being environmentally beneficial. They don't release harmful gases, therefore they don't pollute the air like fossil fuel-powered vehicles do. For instance, the most recent research shows that over time, electric car street level exhaust emissions have been negligible. It has significantly improved local air quality. Electric mobility devices, in my opinion, are a benefit to technical advancement. Such cars ease and improve the convenience of our daily lives. These technological advances make it possible for commuters to avoid finding a parking spot and to navigate the city while there is a heavy traffic jam. As for me, I commute to my university on an electric segway and I cannot fathom my life without it. Compared to taking a bus, it takes me 30 minutes less to reach my location. Safety measures shouldn't be disregarded, though. I typically wear a helmet to protect myself from harm. In conclusion, electric vehicles are becoming pervasive in contemporary culture. I firmly believe that these mobility devices simplify our commute to work because of their clear advantages.
