Band 7 IELTS Essay

People today deal with a variety of issues, including an increase in crime rates due to the unpredictable state of the world. There are many factors contributing to this problem, including social media, poverty, migration, inadequate social services. And a shortage of jobs, particularly well-paying jobs. I'd like to discuss two factors in my essay: youth crime and poverty.

These days, the migration issue affects an increasing number of wealthy Western countries. War, political unrest, fleeing abject poverty, and a variety of other factors all contribute to the large migration of people to Europe and the United States. Most of these individuals lack professional qualifications and have been without employment for a considerable amount of time. However, they must provide for their families and selves, and starting a drug business or engaging in robbery is one of the most common solutions. Such situations are common in New York, particularly in neighbourhoods with a high migrant or refugee population. A lot of politicians are in favour of applying stringent limitations to immigration laws and regulations. Second, juvenile crime is one of the new trends. Children and young adults lack maturity and are susceptible to criminal influence. The number of crimes committed by people under the age of 18 has increased by 5 over the past five years in the USA. These young people are typically detained while delivering or selling drugs. The main cause of those children's criminal behaviour is their lack of after-school activities. Because all sports and social events are paid for and their parents can afford them. As a result, youngsters are playing in the streets without parental supervision. And are becoming a target for gangs who peddle drugs or engage in other criminal activities. New athletic facilities and after-school programmes that are required are among the most talked-about solutions. In conclusion, there are a number of alarming phenomena emerging in society that contribute to an increase in crime. However, we do have the tools necessary to reduce this amount, if not completely eradicate it.

Every year, criminal activities get worse. This essay will analyse the causes of the epidemic and provide some potential prevention measures. Inactivity and frustration are one of the main factors increasing crime. These days, a growing number of people are jobless. As a result, they decide to engage in criminal activity.

Personally, I think that jobless people constantly want to get ahead quickly. And as a result, they are tempted to commit any evil activities since they anticipate being able to get money quickly. For instance, if a typist cannot get any work done by a particular time, he sets himself the task of stealing any valuable property belonging to other people. Making rehabilitation for individuals who are now jobless is the best solution to these issues. First, they should be given a different way to complete their service life. Therefore, empowering those people to live independently is an effective strategy. Furthermore, the issue is made worse by how unsatisfying a person's employment is in their lives. The majority of people are becoming more and more demotivated. And as a result, they are turning to wicked deeds that lead to them doing a lot of crime in order to gain mental happiness. From my perspective, when someone is derided by their co-workers or humiliated by their supervisor. They are unable to take it and try to lead themselves in any wicked activities. For example, a graduate may feel as though he has nothing to do if he doesn't get the job he wants, which may lead him to engage in illegal activity. In addition, well-educated people constantly demand the kinds of service that show them the utmost respect. As a result, because he receives no nobility from his superiors, he abdicates his duties and chooses to take the demonic job, which is the highway to crime. In conclusion, a lack of morality is the primary cause of crime. The primary methods of detention are to catch them so they can understand the negative implications of their unlawful conduct.

A number of factors have contributed to the rising crime rates both annually and day by day. However, there are a variety of causes, including education, unemployment, poverty, childhood events, and peer pressure. In order to prevent crime, this article covers both the causes and the necessary remedies. The fundamental cause of the rise in unlawful activity is a lack of knowledge among children, who are unable to comprehend that what they are doing is wrong.

However, due to the fierce competition for the few available opportunities, there are certain educated individuals who are unable to find employment. These individuals turn to crime to supplement their income. Additionally, they make it their business and persuade a large number of individuals to join them in their crimes. In addition to these goals, people also desire luxuries in their lives without having to work hard for them. As a result, many pick the route of crime and begin unlawful actions like robbery and chain snatching. They often attempt to manipulate other people by threatening to give them money or other assets. For instance, I read of a kidnapping of a child for $1 million in a newspaper, and the perpetrator was an engineering graduate who chose to do the crime. Because he or she was jobless and needed to make ends meet. With the aid of the government and the public's cooperation in such measures, there are numerous ways to stop the rise of illegal activities. In the beginning, kids should receive a fundamental education. In order for them to start from an early age learning the principles and the qualities of living a healthy lifestyle. In order for them to acquire a basic salary to support their families, the council must secondly provide employment opportunities for the majority of them. In conclusion, it is preferable to put a stop to illegal behaviours at an early stage by raising awareness among the public. It can be done through rigorous regulations and guidelines from the government rather than regretting it at a later point.
