Model Answer 1

Dear Mr. Oberoi,
I'm Nishanth Shetty, and I had the pleasure of meeting you a few days ago on our flight from Paris to Japan. I'm not sure if you remember me, but we talked about a variety of topics, including your well-known restaurant in Japan. It was a pleasure to meet you on the flight, and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. To remind you exactly, it was on the second Saturday of the previous month. You were returning home after attending the opening ceremony of your recently opened restaurant in Japan. I'm writing you this letter because you offered me a job in one of your company restaurants in Dubai during our conversation.
Because I previously worked as an Assistant Human Resources and Payroll Manager for a large and busy residential hotel in my hometown. I believe I would be an excellent candidate for the managerial position in one of your restaurants. In the service industry, I learned a lot about the needs of customers. In addition, I hold a post-graduate diploma in human resource management.
I think it was very generous of you to advise me to think big for my career and to contact you if you have a suitable role for me. So, Sir, here I am. If you have any opportunities for a lead chef in Japan, I would love to join your company. I would like to express my strong desire to join your wonderful organization. Because the restaurant primarily serves Japanese cuisine, I would like to work as a chef in one of the Japanese branches. I'm not worried about the city as long as it's in Japan because I speak fluent Japanese. To make it easy for me to communicate with suppliers and customers when necessary.
I will elaborate on my work experience. I spent four years in Japan working as the main chef at a sushi restaurant called Sushi Express. I was younger when I joined, and during my 5 years of travel there, I learned a lot about the variety of dishes. Furthermore, I am enthusiastic about my work, and your restaurant would be an excellent platform for my professional development. At the same time, you will acquire young talent, which could result in a win-win situation.
Thank you for your consideration. I am looking forward to hearing from you and working with you in the near future.
Yours sincerely,
Nishanth Shetty
