Write a letter to remind him about the meeting and your interest in a job and why you think you are suitable.

Dear Mr. Oberoi,
I'm Nishanth Shetty, and I had the pleasure of meeting you a few days ago on our flight from Paris to Japan. I'm not sure if you remember me, but we talked about a variety of topics, including your well-known restaurant in Japan. It was a pleasure to meet you on the flight, and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. To remind you exactly, it was on the second Saturday of the previous month. You were returning home after attending the opening ceremony of your recently opened restaurant in Japan. I'm writing you this letter because you offered me a job in one of your company restaurants in Dubai during our conversation.
Because I previously worked as an Assistant Human Resources and Payroll Manager for a large and busy residential hotel in my hometown. I believe I would be an excellent candidate for the managerial position in one of your restaurants. In the service industry, I learned a lot about the needs of customers.
