In addition, nearly one-quarter are unhappy (25%, 22%). 27% and 28% of persons between the ages of 15 and 39 and older than 40 rated their feedback as positive.

Regarding non-printed materials, under-15s received a grade of 52/100. And 25%, 23c/o provided a very good and gratifying response. In contrast, nearly half (49 percent) of those aged 50 to 39 said these resources were excellent, 30 percent were satisfied, and 19 percent were unhappy. Interestingly, 48% of individuals older than 40 were not commented upon. Furthermore, only 19% and 11% were satisfied and pleased with this content.

Overall, the table suggests that approximately half of those over the age of 40 preferred not to comment on the non-print materials.
