The process flow diagram shows the consecutive stages involved in recycling cell phones.

Overall, it appears to be a multi-step, difficult procedure. However, the majority of the stuff is ultimately used, with only a small amount being wasted.

After being purchased by customers, mobile phones are initially transferred to a facility for storage and forwarding. From there, it is divided into three groups: battery, handset, and resalable components. The former group is immediately sold, whilst the latter two go through a sophisticated recycling process independently. However, each of them goes through the same procedures, such as dismantling and mechanical as well as magnetic separation.
