Overall, it appears that there is no mechanism for controlling traffic at the intersection of city as well as forest roads.
While there are many traffic lights installed in the low lane. There were high chances of accidents and there have been 4 traffic lights suggested in the map in future construction. To prevent accidents, a new crossroads will be built in the same spot.
