Band 6.5 Answer

The method of creating fluid ethanol fuel using corn is shown in the provided diagram.

The process has nine phases in total, starting with the raw material corn and ending with the transportation of pure ethanol.

Corn is first brought in as the primary raw material. It is stored for as long as is required. Then these corns are sent to the mills for further processing. Then moving on from the milling stage. The milled maize is then boiled for four hours with extra water. This- boiled maize is then transported to the fermentation process for 48 hours, or 2 days. This duration is until it turns into the chemical ethanol. The separation stage followed.

The process of isolating the liquid ethanol from the fermented corn results in the by-product. After being separated, the liquid ethanol moved on to the purifying stage. The purification stage takes an additional 5 hours, and then it moves on to storing. The transporting step is when the fluid ethanol fuel is transported after the purified ethanol fuel has been sorted. These are sent to various gas stations. The ethanol is environment friendly. It is also a good substitute for other natural resources like petroleum and diesel.

Band 7.5 Answer

The process for turning corn into ethanol is shown in the diagram.

The manufacture of maize ethanol involves nine steps in total, starting with the harvesting of the corn and finishing with delivery.

The initial step in the production of corn ethanol involves harvesting the maize and storing it safely until it is suitable for milling. The maize is pounded into a powder form during the milling process, which is followed by a water mixture. It takes four hours to cook the final combination.

After the combination has been cooked, it proceeds through a two-day fermentation process. It takes a total of 48 hours. At the end of which ethanol is created.

Following that, the fermented mixture is distinct from the liquid ethanol, and some solid byproducts are removed. The further purification of the resultant ethanol to remove any contaminants takes five hours. The ethanol is then prepared for sale by being carried to stores after being kept for a predetermined amount of time.

After the filtered ethanol fuel has been separated, the liquid ethanol fuel is transported. These are distributed to various gas stations. Ethanol is favorable to the environment. Additionally, it works well in place of many other environmental assets like gasoline and diesel.

Band 8.5 Answer

The following diagram illustrates the process for converting corn into liquid ethanol fuel.

Beginning with the input materials maize and finishing with the conveyance of pure ethanol, the procedure is divided into nine phases.

Corn is initially introduced as the main basic ingredient. It is kept for however long is necessary. These corns are then delivered to the crushers for additional processing. After which I leave the milling stage. Following milling, the maize is cooked for four hours with additional water. The boiling corn is then sent to the fermentation phase, where it will stay for 48 hours or 2 days. This period lasts until the chemical ethanol is produced. The separation phase came next.

The by-product is created during the separation of the fluid ethanol from the cooked corn. The liquid ethanol went on to the filtering stage after being separated. It then moves on to the storing phase after another five hours of purification. After the refined ethanol fuel has been separated, the liquid ethanol fuel is transported. These are distributed to various gas stations. Ethanol is favorable to the environment. Additionally, it works well in place of other natural resources like gasoline and diesel. Also, it is a great step towards the reduction of exploitation of natural resources.
