A wealthy nation should first donate money to less developed ones. This is due to a number of factors. First and foremost, if the economy receives assistance in the form of capital, it will be able to invest in a sector where it is absolutely necessary. This causes a surge in some areas of nations. For instance, the USA constructed a sizable school in Bhutan in 2003. Bhutan actually has a lot of medical criteria, though, as its health care system is in very poor shape. So, rather than other forms of aid, nations like Bhutan require cash assistance.
Similar to this, a government that receives funding from another country can pay down its debt and eliminate interest payments first. As a result, their economy increases at a rapid pace.
