Here, I would need to cultivate conversation, which is the foremost successful way to unwind for me.

How effective it is for you?

Time spent cultivating makes a difference, calms my intellect, alleviates battered feelings and boosts my capacity to center on the positive perspectives of life. The sound of animals showing within the cultivar makes a difference between me segregating from regular misery and mull over on the display minute for the time being. My favourite method to relax might seem a bit unusual and my parents often find it hard to believe that I enjoy unwinding like this. This is not the only way I calm myself, but without doubt, it's the one I prefer most. For me, relaxing and peace are connected. I close the doors and windows of my room and turn on a low-power light bulb to reduce outside noise and bright light. I reside in a bustling city area, therefore it is usually quite noisy in my surroundings.

How effective is it for you?

Then I switch on the CD player and choose to play Pink Floyd or Riddle at a low volume. Then I close my eyes and try to think back on the happy memories from when I was a child. This makes me feel very happy because many memories from when I was a child are magical and captivating. If I take about thirty minutes like this, I start to experience a feeling that is extremely delightful. I remain semi-awake and partly asleep, and one hour is just enough for me to become fully rejuvenated.

When and how do you relax?

I usually do it at home, specifically in my room. Whenever I am feeling stressed or sad, I try to relax like this to get rid of my stress and sadness.
