Model Answer 1

What is it?

All of us have occasionally dreamed of materialistic goods in our life. It seems like we are constantly adding items to our wish list. Sometimes we have to wait to obtain something because of financial constraints. Every now and again, new items have been added to my wish list. One of those items is a solar panel system for my house, which has the ability to heat the water and power the lights.

How much does it cost?

It is an excellent setup that is both cost-effective and environmentally beneficial. I visited a local store to get more information about the setup and price. I was informed that the installation of the setup on my roof will require one hundred thousand Indian rupees.

Why can’t you afford it?

I actually can't afford this much right now because two months ago I used all of my savings to purchase a car. I would have to wait a while and save more money in order to get the solar panel setup as a result. I have an additional option for obtaining it. I can acquire a loan and pay it back over time with monthly installments, or I can buy it with a little down payment.

What is the other way you can acquire it?

It would become a laborious task to set aside the installment amount each month, thus I would prefer not to choose this option. Not to mention the additional sum I would have to pay for interest on the loan. I have therefore made the decision to hold off on buying it till later.

Model Answer 2

What is it?

Everybody has a wish list of their own, some of which they know they can accomplish and others which they know will remain unfulfilled because of time constraints and obligations. However, everyone makes an effort to do every task on this list in their own unique manner. I'm at a point in my life when I have a lot of goals, but I can only do so much to afford them. Purchasing an opulent, seafront quadruplex for my family is one such item.

How much does it cost?

My main goal is to give my parents a comfortable place to live when they age. My parents had always wanted to live close to the sea because they love it so much, especially my mother. As a result, I promise to maintain their happiness by providing for all that they have given up to support my care and education.

Why can’t you afford it?

The minimum price is between 2 to 4 crores, depending on the position, amenities, and current market pricing that I want to have in my home. However, it excludes the cost of furnishing and decorating as well as the registration fee. I will need to spend between 15 and 20 crores in total to purchase the kind of home I want.

What is the other way you can acquire it?

Being a student with limited opportunities to make such a large sum of money is keeping me from obtaining my ideal home. I have therefore laid out my course of action, including backup plans, and I will need to work assiduously and persistently to achieve my goals. I am well aware that working hard is the only way to achieve great things in life. Apart from that, I don't want to take out loans to pay for this purchase because I can end up in debt and lose the satisfaction that comes with owning something so unique.

Model Answer 3

What is it?

We as humans find little pleasure in purchasing materialistic items. On the other hand, some people think that purchasing and owning possessions is essential to reaching significant life goals. As a result of not having to worry about money, these folks frequently wind up buying items to satisfy their thirst. But those like me would have to wait to get these kinds of things. I want to discuss about anything here that I would like to acquire but cannot afford.

How much does it cost?

To keep track of everything I'd like to purchase in the near future, I make a personal wish list. A automobile is one such item that I have always wanted to own. I have a strong interest for driving and owning high-end vehicles, such as the svelte, fashionable, and fuel-efficient Audi A4. The Audi A4, which ranges in price from 34 lakhs to 40 lakhs, is the epitome of luxury, comfort, status, and technology. However, it would cost me an arm and a leg.

Why can’t you afford it?

Actually, I've already spent all of my savings on a three-bedroom condo that I purchased a few months ago, so I can't afford that much at the moment. I have to wait a year or two to build up more money in order to buy a car because of this.

But I also have the option to take out a loan, buy the automobile with a down payment, and then pay back the remaining amount in monthly installments.

What is the other way you can acquire it?

Since I would have to pay interest on top of the savings and it would be quite difficult for me to remember the savings and monthly installment amounts, I would definitely steer clear of this approach. I've made the decision to work hard, devotedly, and persistently in order to save enough cash to purchase my ideal car in the near future.
