Model Answer 1

What is it that helps you to study or work?

There is one thing they both have in common, whether they are working or studying. Both processes need a tremendous amount of concentration. Being a student, I am aware of how much attention and energy I must devote at this time. I use music to help me with this.

When do you do it?

Students' attention spans are only a few minutes, according to scientific research. It is challenging to complete numerous reading tasks while remaining focused in such a situation. However, I find that I can concentrate better when I have my earphones plugged in and some calming music playing. According to research, listening to music has a favourable impact on the mind and brain, and I can attest to this myself. When I'm listening to music, I can filter out any undesirable ideas that could otherwise keep me from getting anything done. I pay closer attention to whatever I am reading while those ideas are suppressed.

How does it help in the process?

Furthermore, I've discovered that it has improved my ability to recall the topics I study for longer. I was initially sceptical of the notion that music might motivate students to study. When I came across a video in which the speaker was outlining the benefits of the procedure, that's when I realised. I gave it a try in the hopes that it would calm my fidgety mind because I take a lot of stress after she indicated that music might be beneficial. Anxiety can become a crippling blockade for students to excel in their exams. Music worked like magic in my case and I feel now I have found the key to tackling stress way better. It feels like a massage for my ears.

How does it make you feel?

Making use of my time effectively makes me feel wonderful, and music has been my favourite ally on the path of self-improvement. It revitalises my mind, and every day I feel like I can focus more, which makes me believe that I will soon be able to accomplish the objectives I have set for myself.

Model Answer 2

What is it that helps you to study or work?

One thing that helps me work and be more energetic throughout the day is exercise. I used to be a really lazy person who would not do anything other than spend most of her time sitting in front of a laptop working. Over a while, not only did I start gaining weight but also lose interest in the tedious work that I used to do. I had to find some solution to this problem. Therefore, I added exercise to my daily routine.

When do you do it?

Exercise has many benefits as we all know. One of the very important advantages that I felt it had in my life was that it helped me focus and stay active which was very much needed for me since I had a sedentary lifestyle. I do my exercise early in the morning which is followed by a hot shower and some breakfast.I feel extremely motivated to work now and even take less time to finish a piece of work that earlier would consume a lot of time. I didn’t like doing it in the initial days. To wake up one hour before the usual time was not easy but I had to push myself and the result of it is now, I wake up extremely rejuvenated and look forward to the workout.

How does it help in the process?

Exercising has not only helped me shed the gained weight but made me a calm and peaceful person. Now if I face some trouble at work, I do not stress over it for hours, instead, I stay composed and work on the cause. It has also helped me to overcome my hesitations to interact with people at work since now I feel more confident both in my body and mind.

How does it make you feel?

I am indebted to exercising and I feel foolish to not start this at a young age. My performance at work front has gone up and I am due for a promotion. It makes me feel amazing and I recommend this to everyone now since I have personally felt its advantages on me.

Model Answer 3

What is it that helps you to study or work?

If I have to talk about one thing that has extremely helped me in studying, it is the magical potion called coffee. I was often reluctant to become caffeine addicted but in the last semester of my college, when I met an accident and had to skip all classes to recover my health, I found it extremely difficult to focus on my studies. This is where I used my saviour drink and since then it has become a holy grail for me.

When do you do it?

Coffee acts as a stimulant that helps to improve attention, focus and wakefulness. It gives a kickstart to my day and gives an instant boost of energy to accomplish the tasks set for the day. Sometimes I even consume coffee when I am working on some research assignment. Since it takes a lot of time and attention, coffee helps me stay focused for a longer period. I take coffee in a limited amount which is a healthy serving since I know excess dependency on coffee is not good either. Therefore, I only consume one cup of black coffee per day. On the days that I feel extremely exhausted by the evening and feel I need that boost of energy, I switch to two cups. When I drink coffee, besides feeling energetic, I also feel excited and happy. For this reason, I feel that coffee is a mood enhancer too.

How does it help in the process?

My duration of time has drastically reduced while studying and now I can comprehend more in less time. This leaves me out with more time in hand and so I utilise the saved time for some workout. This has added up to my overall health and thanks to the coffee, a lazy person like me is now trying to live a healthy lifestyle.

How does it make you feel?

I have carried out many late-night study sessions and pulled an all-nighter because of coffee. I know it was not the most healthy thing to do but for students, it is necessary. Looking at the benefits that I have personally felt by consuming coffee, now I am learning the art to make different types of coffee in various ways as I want to delve deeper into the world of coffee beans.
