Model Answer 1

What was it?

I am a gadget freak and often buy the latest gadgets and gizmos. These days it obviously takes a little time to get the hang of them. I had to face something very similar when I got my very first iPhone. Who does not want to be the owner of an iPhone? It is covered by everyone.

When you bought it?

I had seen my brother use one for as long as I could remember and he still has one now. It was always a dream that one day I would be a proud owner of an iPhone myself. I finally was able to get my hands on the prestigious iPhone when I finally got the job offer. My father gave me some money in order to buy a new phone. I was ecstatic when I finally got my hands on my very own iPhone. I was overjoyed.

What does it do?

I had always wanted one and I could not wait to get started. I had been using Android phones for as long as I could remember so when I got my very first iPhone, I was clueless as to how to proceed. Initially, I faced a number of difficulties. I was having trouble setting up my ID on my iPhone and for that, I was not able to use it. I was also not able to download apps on the iPhone. In addition to that, the iPhone also possessed a high-quality artificial intelligent camera which I was having problems operating. I decided to get in touch with customer care to get some help.

Explain how difficult is it to be used?

They were very polite and helpful and I was patiently helped and guided to get acquainted with the various features of the gadget. I was also told that I could make use of the user manual for more details. I was slowly getting the hang of it but still faced problems from time to time like connectivity issues of smart devices in my house like the sound system and LED. Fortunately, my tech-savvy friend Simran was there to help me out in a jiffy. Now I face no problems with the iPhone. When I first bought the phone, I was having a lot of problems using the phone.

Model Answer 2

What was it?

A product that gave me a lot of trouble was a pair of rollerskates. I probably bought them ten or twelve years back when I was in high school. Roller Skates have always fascinated me. Looking at some of my friends in my neighborhood who owned and rode on them, I have always wanted to own a pair myself.

When you bought it?

I had to pester my parents a lot because I wanted them that badly. I was finally successful in convincing them. They took me to a large sports store in town and bought the first pair of rollerskates that caught their eye. Needless to say, I was on cloud nine. They resembled black shoes and had wheels underneath, two in the front and two in the back. The stand-out feature of the pair that I owned was that the wheels would line up whenever the skates would move.

What does it do?

No sooner did I reach home than I put the roller skates on elatedly. I was a rookie, so obviously when I stood up I was unsteady and I started to wobble. My body started to sway back and forth which led to me losing balance and I crashed headlong into the floor. My first dream experience with a skateboard turned out to be a nightmare. The fall made my hands and legs hurt. My ego took a jolt as well when I saw my sibling smoking.

Explain how difficult is it to be used?

But I pushed on despite the setbacks. I clung to the rails and tried to stand up again. Over the next few days, I kept on practicing and learned how to balance myself. In addition to that, I also started to take a few steps. Obviously, like all first-timers, I stumbled and fell many times. I got the hang of it by practicing regularly and now I can have fun on my roller skates with effortless ease. Despite facing a number of difficulties and setbacks I finally mastered the technique of riding on roller skates through determination.

Model Answer 3

What was it?

A mobile phone for my grandmother had large buttons and displayed large icons. I wanted to give her something on her birthday with my own money. Like any other cell phone, this one does the bare minimum. It has large keys and also displays large icons so people who are citizens will find it easy to use them.

When you bought it?

I searched a number of shops and even surfed sites on the web to purchase a phone for my grandmother. I ordered the phone through Amazon and it got delivered in three days. My grandmother was very happy when I showed her the phone and I was also very excited to see her get started with her phone. As it was her very first phone, she was very hesitant in using it. She would often get frustrated when she pressed the wrong buttons.

What does it do?

As it was a very different phone from the one I was using, I also faced problems in trying to understand the features and teach her how to use it. Apart from the large size of the keys and icons, handling the phone was not easy. I had to use the user manual to assist her. I realized the phone had preloaded devotional music and some books which pleased my grandmother a lot. She liked the function at that instant itself and started to use it.

Explain how difficult is it to be used?

I adjusted the light and size of the font according to her preference. She certainly has got the hang of it now. Using the phone has also become her favorite pastime. Both my grandmother and I can use the phone without any problems that we were facing initially. Despite the initial obvious setbacks, both my grandmother and I learned how to use her new phone.
