Everyone loves when they receive good behavior. It can be in an office, school, or your own home. Since the customer service industry is increasing, we expect the same service from them also. I am going to talk about one of the best services that I received. It was when I went to buy toys for my niece. I went to Hamleys to get him an electric motorcycle. Even though Delhi has several shops, I chose to visit the one in Connaught Place. I considered purchasing the rechargeable motorbike after researching for gifts. I visited Hamleys with one of my friends approximately a month ago.

What service it was?

It was an awesome experience to shop at Hamleys. I was perplexed when I entered the store. There were hundreds of different varieties of toys available. There were playhouses, recharging vehicles, board games, and motorcycles. Despite the fact that I intended to get the motorcycle, the sheer number of models left me perplexed. I was eventually asked what kind of toy I wanted to purchase by a salesperson. She also asked me about the occasion's type, my spending limit, and my cousin's age.

When you received this service?

I gave her all the information, and in about a minute, she narrowed down the options for toys that I could buy for my cousin. I especially mentioned to her my desire to purchase a rechargeable motorcycle. She gave me a variety of models and told me which one was the greatest. I was impressed by the salesperson since she was really understanding, gentle, and patiently explained everything. Her enthusiasm for her work was evident to all. Even afterward, I observed the saleswoman helping other clients by patiently answering their questions and providing explanations. I selected the one which she had suggested and also got me a discount. It was one of the good experiences that I had with Hamleys. Also, my cousin absolutely loved the gift.

Being able to discuss my favorite interactions with a business named Urban clap makes it an intriguing topic for me. The Urban Company was its original name, but when it went global, the name was altered. Urban Clap quickly became successful, as I had seen. Three IIT graduates started it as a small firm, but it quickly rose to the top spot for apps. Amazing innovation went into the app's design. I hardly ever have time for other domestic tasks or to visit a parlor because of our busy job schedule.

My washing machine's operation had abruptly ceased. Having recently moved, I was unaware of any electricians in the area. About two months ago, I called Urban Clap on a weekend to request a service. He was really courteous and professional. After taking a closer look at the washer, he informed me that the motor needed to be replaced. After replacing the motor of the washing machine he suggested that I not overload the machine as it could cause such damage. As it was a top load washing machine, he also told me not to open the lid frequently. The charges for foxing the washing machine was 700, which I found were not that expensive. If I had called a local electrician he would have charged me extra. I was extremely happy by Urban Clap’s top rated service that day. It saved me from spending extra bucks. I want to talk about the top-notch assistance I got from Hawthorn Bottle Shoppe. This Florida-based store includes more than 300 beers and more than 75 wineries. I invited a few of my office mates over to my house around a year ago so we could get together. Some of my coworkers like drinking wine, but I wasn't a big fan. I was aware of the red and white wines two distinct varieties. The Hawthorn Bottle Shoppe was not too distant from my house, so I went there nevertheless. I was confused when I entered since there were so many different types of wines.

What service it was?

After going up and down the aisle for a while one of the attendants of the shop approached me and asked what kind of wine I was searching for. I was reluctant at first but then explained to him the occasion, and that I had no knowledge of wines whatsoever. The attendant patiently listened to me and then brought me a bottle of Adrianna Vineyard. He explained that it was the best wine overall and also told a back story about how this vineyard is located at about 4000 feet in the Andes Foothills. Being at such a high elevation the vineyard is affected by the cooling effect and the intense sunlight of the Andes Mountain. He also told me that it is the top rated wine in the whole world. The attendant was somewhat of a wine enthusiast.

He also presented me with a few other bottles like the Masseto, Wayfarer Golden Mean and so on. I was so stuck on the story of the Adrianna Vineyard wine that I decided to buy that particular bottle. It cost about INR 12,000, but I was given a 50 percent discount as I was a first-time buyer at the store. I got an additional discount as it was the time around Christmas. They also offered me a few sandwiches to buy along with it as the store was a deli too. I was extremely happy by their service as not only had they enlightened me with a thorough knowledge of the respective wine that I had bought but also offered a whooping discount. My colleagues absolutely loved the wine and I also was able to tell them a little backstory about the wine. The get-together was a complete success. Moreover, I will never forget the excellent service that I received from the Hawthorn Bottle Shoppe.
