Describe an Item You Would Buy if You Receive a Lot of Money Cue Card

How much money it would cost you?

The car costs around INR 80L in today's market. I have been saving a lot of money so that I can buy the car. There is a yellow version which I love the most. I want to buy the yellow colour as it also suits my flamboyant personality. 

How you would use it?

It’s my dream to take my father on a ride in that car. I have heard my father always speak of the Shelby GT which has been a dream car of his for a very long time. He could not buy that. As a child, I always looked over the internet for that car. However, I got to know about the Mustang and once I saw that, it became my dream car. The first thing I would do is take my father for a ride in the car. He would be very happy as he also likes Mustang.

Then I would love to take my mother and my brother on a ride. It has always been my dream car. I would use it to go to work and on long drives. The Mustang is a very comfortable car for long drives. I have always seen people with nice cars going on car shows and trips all over the country. I would register myself in one such club and have trips with them. I love to visit places and what better than to visit in the car of my dreams?

Explain why you would buy it if you receive a large amount of money?

My father always dreamt of a big car but he was unable to fulfill his dream. So I would like to fulfill those dreams for him. If I get a lot of money, I would buy this car. Because it is not always possible for middle-class families to collate such a huge amount of money to chase their dreams.

How much money it would cost you?

I came to know from a broker that every flat in the building starts from INR 5Cr. This is a lot of money for an apartment. The building has two towers and the towers are connected by a lounge and pool which is on the 30th floor. I have visited the building to check the apartment and the view from the 30th floor is breathtaking. Also saw the pool and the lounge that hangs between the two towers.

The apartments are duplexes and there are 4 bedrooms in each apartment. Since we are a family of 5 people, this apartment would do justice. The apartment has three large balconies on 3 sides which are attached to the bedrooms. Many ministers, film stars, and cricketers stay in the building. I have always dreamt of such a house. The building has a huge lawn, a children’s play area, and a market inside the premises. The ground floor has coffee shops and food stalls. The building is surrounded by trees and is a bit far from the main road.

How you would use it?

I will live there with my family and will have a dream come true.

This is another reason why I wanted to buy the apartment. It is quite peaceful there, away from the hustles of the city. My parents are old and they need to stay in a quiet place. The building also has emergency services. This will be beneficial for my parents if I am not at home. Hence, if I have a lot of money. I would give myself a nice apartment in the atmosphere.

How much money it would cost you?

The cost of motorhomes varies from 80 lakhs to INR 10Cr. I would like to buy a Mercedes motorhome which will cost around INR 3Cr. This would be my vehicle to roam around the cities.

How you would use it?

I would use this motorhome to take my friends and family on trips with me. Motorhomes usually have 2 beds, a bath, a dining room, a ballroom, and a bar. It would be a useful purchase as it will save a lot of my money.

Explain why you would buy it if you receive a large amount of money?

It is my dream to buy a motorhome and travel in it. You can easily fit 4-5 people in the moveable house. With proper permission and travel guides, this is the best way to travel. One can enjoy the roads, see the spectacular scenarios, and park in the middle of the first to enjoy the night under the moon. I spend almost INR 10L per year on travel. It would save me a lot of money if I use the motorhome.

Also, I would have the freedom to roam anywhere I want. There will not be start and stop destinations. I have always dreamt of such trips. This would be an awesome vehicle to fulfill my dreams. I have seen videos of such luxurious homes on different websites which appealed to me. The way they are designed provides ample space to roam about in the car itself. They are usually as big as a double-decker bus.

It consists of large batteries to power the house which includes electricity for lights, fridge, air cooler, and more. This is one of the many things that I would love to buy if I received a lot of money.
