People can to date find tea garden workers plucking tea leaves as part of the harvest manually and without the use of any kind of technological equipment which displays the authenticity of the tea gardens in Assam. From plains to the mountains, tea plantations have been spread across acres of land in my hometown.

What makes it interesting is the fact that some of the tea gardens are more than 100 years old which makes it a historical region where people can visit and taste the oldest of tea from the place. What makes it interesting for me is the fact that every time I travel to my maternal grandmother’s home I can feel and smell the aroma of tea from the tea gardens, between which I get to travel.

One of the most interesting parts of visiting Kalimpong is that one has to travel by road in order to reach the small town from the airport or railway station or can even consider a complete road trip to reach the destination. From the airport or railway station, it takes around five hours for people to reach Kalimpong.

People can consider adventurous activities including paragliding and rock climbing as part of their adventure activities. Moreover, one can find themselves sitting near the cliffs, visiting the spots of sunrise and sunset, and enjoying their evening in the town.

Another authentic and interesting thing in Kalimpong is its food and the most authentic food available in Kalimpong is momos. One can find the softest steamed momos in the town of Kalimpong served with spicy chili sauce and soup one can enjoy in the cool environment.

The capital city of the country has historical monuments which are famous for their presence since ancient and medieval times and add to the glory of the country. One of the most interesting monuments in Delhi is that of Qutub Minar which is 70 meters tall and has five stories. The monument was built in the 12th century and is the tallest minaret in India. Qutub Minar has been listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO which adds to the pride of the place.

Mainly tourists from all over the world come here to visit this city. They are mainly attracted to Qutub Minar, Char Minar, Old Delhi, and more. One can visit the monument through public transport or tourist buses made available by the government and enjoy the historical place.

What makes the monument in Delhi interesting is the fact that the entire tower has carvings within it that feature the history of Qutub-Uddin-Aibak and includes inscriptions from the Quran. Delhi is interesting for its other monuments including the Red Fort, India Gate, Lotus Temple, etc. Furthermore, the city has an immensely diverse art history, and monumental history and is famous for its food types and cuisines as well.
