Describe an Experience You Had as a Member of a Team Cue Card

Who were the members of the team?

I just bear in mind that I used to be in my tenth class. My faculty authority organized a project-making contest. Even though I used to be not smart at this skill, I preferred to take part. Finally, our class teacher confirmed the names of the final participants, and luckily, my name was on the list.

All other participants are my acquaintances, thus it was not troublesome to collaborate with them. We all initiated discussing the project and at last, we decided to create a project for a windmill.

What role did you play in this team?

All the duties were assigned and therefore the onus of assembling material was on me. I visited a close-by market and purchased all the mandatory equipment. One of the members of our team created a blueprint of the project. Moreover, my friend Harman made an assignment to elucidate the project. Finally, the day arrived; we had only two hours to build this project from scratch. We began creating the project in keeping with the blueprint. When the last ten minutes were left, we finished that. When the judges came, we explained the project and showed them how it works. The results were purported to be declared on the following day.

And explain how you achieved your goal?

Eventually, our project got the second position. Our names were proclaimed and our school principal appreciated our work. Overall, that was the experience that I had as a member of a group during my school days.

Who were the members of the team?

I mean to say, I had a phobia of speechmaking, and I used to fumble loads. Out of the blue, one day, my faculty member called me along with another four students from different streams. They informed us that we were appointed by him to do a team presentation on social Skills, at the college level.

I felt as if I was walking on air to urge that golden chance as getting hand-picked out of one hundred twenty students isn't a piece of cake. Yet, the other moment I began to have blues, thinking of how I’m aiming to work in a group of strange individuals. I feel everybody had a constant opinion that it was a tough nut to crack till we met and commenced to work alone.

What role did you play in this team?

Since I had wonderful presentation skills, I worked on preparing slides with the assistance of another student. The others were good at orating and follow-up skills; therefore we collaborated astonishingly to utilize everyone’s strengths. Furthermore, we brainstormed all the attainable ways to influence each other's weaknesses.

All my team members helped me to beat the worry of speechmaking by boosting my morale. Unexpectedly, everything went smoothly that day, though I was nervous. That day I noticed, if everyone seems to be moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.

And explain how you achieved your goal?

I was excited to bits when our faculty members appreciated our cooperation, cooperation alongside exceptional team bonding. Moreover, my fear was gone since then, which was the foremost vital accomplishment for me.

Who were the members of the team?

My teacher created teams of three members and also the group members were chosen at random. Regrettably, I didn’t know any of the opposite group members in my team. I mean that I knew their names however nothing more than that. We were permitted to choose the topic of the task ourselves. So, we picked the subject of the global economic crisis during 2007-2008. All people were very interested in what happened during such a large crisis and why India wasn’t affected.

What role did you play in this team?

You may say that I used to be the nerd from the team, thus I had been given the part of collecting data. However, both the other group members also assisted. I keep in mind how we spent each afternoon sitting and reading books on the subject within the library. It was in this section that we 3 became extremely nice friends. I accumulated all of the data and then divided it into completely different parts and wrote it. The last area of the task was group demonstration.

And explain how you achieved your goal?

I had been extremely fearful as I found speaking in front of individuals extremely intimidating. However, my team helped me a lot. I think we practiced giving the demonstration 3 to four times and that left me far more assured. I believe we all did very well in the presentation when the result was declared. Only 2 groups obtained an A grade within the presentation and we were among those 2.
