What it is?

I had aspirations of working for a reputable multinational corporation, just like the majority of students seeking engineering degrees. such as Google, Microsoft, and others. I'm now pursuing a B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with the goal of working as a senior developer for one of the world's leading technology companies. Since I was accepted to the institution, I have had this goal. To put it another way, I've been hoping to accomplish it someday for about 4 years now. I am nonetheless learning how the business world functions now. Prior to attending an interview with any of these companies, I believe I should pursue my further education.

Why you haven’t achieved it?

The preferences and competition in an MNC are comparatively tougher than the other companies. I should give my best in order to get selected for my preferred job role. Therefore, I shall first go for my master's degree in technology after my B.Tech program. I need to score good marks on my M.Tech and work on versatile projects to showcase my caliber to the world. And all this can be done with my determination and willpower to shape a better future.

What you did?

During my early days at the university, I always thought of working alone on my projects, thinking it would give me more preference. However, that is not the way things go these days. In fact, now I am looking forward to working on a few group projects as well. This will show my adaptability to cooperate and get involved with different types of people and work in a mixed environment.

And how you felt about it?

As I have dreamed of working in this particular field for a very long time, there is none other I can think of now. So, it is my first and only priority to achieve my ambition in the near future and do what I have always wanted to do.

What it is?

I always had a desire of becoming a dancer when I was little. But as I got older, my goals and interests shifted. I want to become the greatest journalist of all time as I look to the future. With my writing and pen, I hope to have an impact on future generations. Lester Holt and Shereen Bhan are even some of my role models.

Why you haven’t achieved it?

Being an Indian, I am just impressed by the way Bhan delivers the news in a very cheerful yet effortless way. In fact, she is now one of the national favorite personalities whom our youth admires so much. On the other hand, the fact that Lester Holt is the first black person to have solo anchored in a weekday nightly newscast inspires me in a whole new way. I am galvanized to see how these people are influencing the entire world in a positive way.

What you did?

As a result, I have the ambition to complete my post-graduation in Mass Communication and Journalism from a reputed university. I hope that will be the first step towards my journey. To be more specific, I want to be a pop culture journalist just like Miranda Priestly and Mikael Blomkvist. This is because pop culture is something very well known in today's modern world. Moreover, it is something that influences youths the most.

And how you felt about it?

Being a pop culture journalist will give me the freedom to directly interact with the youths of the world. Share all my knowledge and experiences with them. This is something I would love to do for the rest of my life and that explains why achieving my ambition is my primary goal now.

What it is?

I am drawn to the lifestyle of an entrepreneur. They have a style of life that I have always loved, but I never knew when my appreciation evolved into aspiration. This ambition is now growing stronger every day as I work on my BBA undergraduate degree. I'm steadily picking up business basics and coming up with ideas for how to launch my own venture. I've met a lot of young, self-made businesspeople during the previous two years as well. My motivation to start my own project is sparked by hearing about their hardships and successes.

Why you haven’t achieved it?

After analyzing the present world, I have developed quite a few creative business models which can make great contributions to the world tomorrow. However, things are not going to be as easy as it looks like. For a person like me belonging to a middle-class family, the primary obstacle that stands between me and my ambition is the capital investment for any business.

What you did?

Since my father and forefathers were all servicemen and ex-servicemen, I hardly have any business background. In that situation, when I speak of starting my own business, I know I won't get any help from my family or friends. To put it in other words, I won't have the freedom to fail, since I already have no backbone to support my ambition. This is quite a nightmare for me, but it also motivates me that if I succeed, I will be the first-ever self-made entrepreneur from my family.

And how you felt about it?

Hence, despite all the difficulties and obstacles in my way, I have to achieve my ambition anyhow. And I will put my 100% into whatever I start to achieve my dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
