However, these days it is fashionable to say that you are busy. But when we observe; If you look closely, you will see that most of us waste our time in such unconscious ways. That we don't even realize it. We also engage in this activity on the internet and social media.

I recently realized that browsing the Internet is a waste of time. I start browsing right away during my break at work or when I'm at home.
Useless rumours turned into an adrenaline rush and eventually an addiction.The quiver offered on the internet provides alternative entertainment. I'm obsessed with them. I started this habit exactly a year ago when I bought a new smartphone. The feature phone I had previously had no such space for an Internet window. I first opened an account on Facebook, a very popular religious cult. internet user. After that, I received a lot of comments, posts, videos, etc. What's not in my account?
