People say that there is no shortcut to success. To gain success, one must work with determination, devotion, and regulation. This makes individuals strive toward their goals. They become very much engrossed in their office work. But, after getting free from the office, one would like to unwind and spend some quality time with oneself or with the close ones. This relaxes everyone and helps them to refresh their minds. This directly helps you in preparing for the next day in advance and do the work efficiently. To make the best use of my free time, I go for a long walk regularly in the evening. It helps me relax, boost my mood, and thus spread positive energy in my surroundings.

I usually do not have to go far away for the walk. There is a garden just beside my apartment. I have made it a habit of going there regularly at 7 pm. I try not to miss any chance to visit it as I want to be regular in it and give myself the chance to work on myself.

Being a contributor and an altruistic person, I love to work for the good of others. Due to my tight schedule, I hardly get time to work for the wellness of others. However, for the past 3 years, I have been actively involved in doing social work. I make sure I take time out of my busy schedule for some humanitarian work. I teach the children living in the slums, who do not have access to education.

As soon as I get back from the office, I take 2 hours daily five days a week to visit the slums near my township. I have a batch of more than 20 students of different age groups.
It makes me really confident, thus leading me toward the betterment of people, who can grow and change their future with learning.

In my social work activity, I have the support of three friends. Sometimes, when I am surrounded by heavy work and responsibilities, I make sure that none of my students suffers. In such cases, my friends take over the responsibility to teach them and no one misses the class for even one day.
How you feel about it?
Helping others and Teaching is part of my hobby. Whenever I get an opportunity to train someone, I get into a state of flow. During the daytime, I remain too indulged in my office work. I often have tremendous work pressure inside the office. However, when I start teaching the students, all my stress vanishes. I feel as if nothing has happened and there is nothing to worry about.
Furthermore, this work gives me an enormous amount of satisfaction. When I was about 13-14 years old, numerous people helped me during my tough times. Due to the relentless support of few individuals, my career is on an impressive growth curve.

What it is?
No doubt that people feel reckless and bored with the mundane routine of work or study but they refresh their minds by indulging themselves in different activities. Due to study pressure, my life is very desk-bound. The fact is I spend almost 6-8 hours at school and attend extra classes, which makes me physically and mentally exhausted. Hence, to keep myself physically and mentally fit, I do yoga after school.
When and where you do it?
I just started it one month ago. I can do beginner-level asanas. But I am getting better at it gradually and will move on to the advanced level soon. I visit a colony park near my home. It is small, full of green grass, beautiful flowers, and plants sideways with rides installed.
In the evening I enjoy walking here and seeing kids taking rides and giggling. This rejuvenates my mind. After walking I sit on the grass and do yoga.
Who you do it with?
Actually, my mother used to do yoga. So, when I was thinking of improving my physical fitness, she suggested that I should do yoga. She also wanted to start again and we thought that with each other’s company we would be more regular. Another reason to do yoga was that it does not require any sort of equipment. We go to the park and spread yoga mats on the grass and do yoga. However, if it’s raining, we do it inside the house in the living room. Basically, we do it for 30-40 minutes, in the evening.
How you feel about it?
I think everyone should make a habit of practicing yoga in day-to-day life. Yoga has changed my life significantly. I feel physically fit, composed, and calm mentally.
It was not easy at first. The first week was tough and I had soreness and body aches. But, by the second week, I started feeling the change and felt better.
Had my grandmother not pushed me to get out of my comfort zone, I would have given up. Now, I am the one pushing her. It has become a part of my routine; I really look forward to doing it and not breaking the chain. And if I miss it for some reason, I feel uncomfortable.
