When it was?
I am going to tell you about a time two days ago when I went to a snack shop close to my house and had terrible service. I was not too happy about this because I was especially hungry that day.
Where you went to?
I visited the "Panda Eateries" that was located across from the only shopping centre in my town.
How poor the service was?
The visit got off to a bad start as they ran out of almost all the food on their menu. Anyhow, allow me to elaborate on this experience. In addition to running out of food, the waitstaff was incredibly careless, leaving the tables messy as visitors arrived. They were not really friendly either, and they made no effort to apologize for their actions. My milkshake took about 20 minutes to prepare, and when it did, the mango flavor had been replaced with chocolate. Considering that I do not like to cause a commotion. It was terrible that I just drank it.
How you felt about the service?
This, in my opinion, is unacceptable. I realize that sometimes, eateries run out of some items, but still it is extreme to be out of everything. Additionally, I think that attitude is important when you're working. If the wait staff had been more understanding of all of their shortcomings, everything would have been fine.

I am going to talk about the appalling service I received from a Freshie Supermarket cashier last Sunday.
Where you went to?
I went to buy some groceries on Sunday at the Freshie Supermarket which was at the ground floor of the Express shopping complex.
How poor the service was?
Up until the point at the register where a female cashier just drove me crazy, my shopping had been so much fun. She initially struck me as having a chilly demeanor, as though someone had just irritated her. I thought that was acceptable because people occasionally get sick or tired. But when I questioned her about the product promotion programme, her response was so rude and offensive that it drew attention from those around me. Instead of providing information, it seemed like she was yelling at me. When I asked for more plastic bags, she refused to give them to me, which brought the drama to a dramatic conclusion. Because of the items left on the counter, I had to find a way to fit everything into the two tiny bags she had earlier provided.
How you felt about the service?
I was so ashamed of what had happened as I returned home. It was essential that such improper behavior be corrected, so I called the hotline and complained. Customer service, in my opinion, is crucial because it greatly affects customer loyalty. Every company should consider it in order to thrive in the field.

In a few instances in my life, I have been given unsatisfactory services. Even though it does not happen frequently, it can ruin your mood. When my best friend and I decided to go to a new cafe for her birthday about two months ago, I experienced a similar situation.
Where you went to?
I enjoy experimenting with new foods because I love food, so we decided to visit a place called "Pastry Point" to do just that.
How poor the service was?
We were happy to see that the area seemed welcoming when we first arrived. Anyhow, we did not feel like our attendant was paying proper attention to us or was even listening. He eventually got our order, and we decided to disregard it. Nevertheless, the order was delivered much later than expected, which infuriated us and dulled our spirits. We did not like it, and I am not sure if that was because we were angry at the time or because the food was tasteless. The manager received our complaints and a letter of criticism, but he appeared unconcerned. We simply left the food and chose to go to another location where we frequently visit.
How you felt about the service?
We thus lost some money, but in the end received delicious food and first-rate service at the restaurant we frequently go to. Even though the beginning did not work out, we were still able to have a good time that day.
