Model Answer 1

When and where you were?

Knowledge and information about any geographic location should be essential before traveling there. If not, we must rely on alternative methods of information acquisition. Technology has taken over in this day and age for everything. In the past two years, I required the map in the late evening. A trip to Jaipur was the day's first activity. I and my two workplace coworkers came up with a plan for the outing. We rode the bus to the destination. In the middle of the day, we got there. We to the forest the following day to take photos. The jungle was rather crowded. Suddenly I took out my smartphone to search for directions on google maps but the network was unreachable at that time. Then my friend remembered that he was carrying a soft copy of the map. We followed the map and successfully reached the entry point.

What did you do there?

After getting to the entrance. The following day, we hired a tour guide to show us around Jaipur's top attractions. The excursion to the Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort was the day's first activity. It was between 50 and 70 kilometers from the hotel. So we reserved a cab and had a great time. We went inside the Mahal and curiously explored the surroundings. We wandered about for around three to four hours. Its heritage had an impact on us. In addition, we were astounded at the sophistication of antique technology.

How was your overall experience?

We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of our visit to these two cultural heritage sites. The day was jam-packed with exciting and daring activities. We had a wonderful time. We then went back to our hotel and ate dinner there in the patio. We were so happy with it that we wanted to never return. This time, we use the tried-and-true method of using a map to locate the location. The value of the map rose as a result.

Model Answer 2

When and where you were?

It was Sunday when I was chilling on the sofa. I was in a fresh mood. So I just thought of going to Nawab Palace (Umbrella Palace) which is situated near my locality. So I planned to go there with my family in the morning and thought of getting back in the evening. We reached the destination in just half an hour at 11 a. m. The entry gate was so beautiful. We four entered the palace and were amazed to watch the creation and structure of the monument. There were several huge rooms. In the middle of the palace, a 'bawli' was situated. As we were so busy giving comments about the historical palace, we haven't paid attention to them.

What did you do there?

As time passed by, I was delighted to roam around. We kept the digital map on the phone. So being fearless of the situation that would happen in the case of the network. Exactly the same happened. We got lost in the palace in order to search for the best things. I took out my phone and yes it was not working because of the low network. It was almost dark at that time. All were scared and wanted to meet one another. But finally, I got rid of the problem and met the other person who was very informative and aware of the palace and its all ways. I followed him and met my family members after almost one hour. One more thing he told us to keep is a map of the particular place. This would let us not depend on technological means instead of classical methods of finding the places.

How was your overall experience?

The trip was overall very nice but it was mixed with the feeling of happiness, joy, and fear. When the trip started we were happy to see the whole palace. But we were not even aware of the different corners located within it. So the next time, I decided to keep the hard copy of the map in order to get clear directions.

Model Answer 3

When and where you were?

In the busy schedule of our life, we didn't get even ten minutes for ourselves. Therefore, I thought of giving myself personal time. I remembered an incident when I got lost in the forest one year ago. It was the time when I decided to take a ride on my new bicycle. I covered 15 km on my bicycle. But it was not on any street, road, or highway. I was trapped in the jungle. In the beginning, the journey was very nice until it transformed into a nightmare. I would have to take the other turn instead of taking the right one. It led me to the creepiest forest.

What did you do there?

However, I didn't have any idea about that forest. I really got scared of the environment. So I tried to search for the roads but was unsuccessful. Suddenly I remembered to take out my phone to search for the location online but the time was not in my favor. As I was in a hurry, I left the phone at home. I was very frightened but tried for 2 hours to get out of the forest. I almost went unconscious when I heard a human voice in that place. He was a forest guard officer. Finally, I took a long breath after seeing him in front of me. I told him everything about how I was trapped in the jungle for four hours. He told me to follow him so I did the same. I was out of the forest after struggling for almost four hours.

How was your overall experience?

So talking about my overall experience. I was almost about to faint in the forest. But I was rescued successfully. I remember the decision of going out to have a ride. But it turned into a bad time. Then the journey in starting was all ok before I lost in the jungle. I thought about riding and wanted to spend quality time with myself. Although the riding made me scared and frightened. But after some time I was caught by the officer.
