Model Answer 1

What it looked like?
Every creature on this planet has its own roles to play. The same goes for wild animals too. Each and every being on the planet earth depends on others. They are the essential part of the life chain without which human beings cannot survive in this world. Humanity is highly dependent on them directly or indirectly. Working with farm animals or keeping pets at home is really common but here I would like to talk about the situation when I came extremely close to a wild animal.

Where you saw it?
A year ago, I made a plan with my friends to visit a national park in Chandigarh. It was amusing there as the atmosphere was pleasant and the park was huge. We saw a lot of wild animals there, but we were not allowed near the cage where the wild animals were kept. Then we decided to go on a Jungle safari where the animals were open and we were in a jeep which was protected with strong metal to prevent the animals from attacking the jeep and the people inside it.

What it likes to eat or do?
During that time, I saw a lion passing by on the way down our road. The lion was one of my favourite animals during my childhood. The first and foremost is its appearance which includes the long vibrant fur on its neck. This makes him completely different from others. Secondly, his strong body which it’s considered the king of the jungle.

Why you like it?
Once this animal came really close to our Jeep all the people got scared as it’s a carnivorous animal and is so strong that it can even damage the vehicle’s outer covering but could not enter through the toughened glass. The driver and the guide are very experienced and brave. He brought back everyone in the vehicle safely to the entrance of the jungle and sent everyone to the main entrance. The entire experience was very frightening and the people in the van felt very afraid of the wild animal coming at a nearer distance to the humans. This is a very adventurous trip and this is a lifetime experience for me. By the end of the day we were safe and I am happy that I have experienced a very different feeling of a wild animal coming to the nearest area around us.

Model Answer 2

What it looked like?
India is a country of large diversity with forest land across the country. There were many wildlife sanctuaries to prevent the endangered species from dying. Many zoos were established all around the country in order that future generations can see and know the wildlife that is present in the world. They were indeed cruel from the very beginning and that is the way they are made to survive in the forest. Many wild animals like lions, tigers, and snakes are also a kind of wild animals. They are dangerous to human beings because they assume the food is generated from the death of other living beings.
I had the experience of getting really close to a wild animal snake. Some kinds of snakes are also wild animals, the separate species will be very poisonous and they will kill the other animals for survival.

Where you saw it?
A few months ago, I went to my grandmother’s village for the summer vacation along with my family. During that time, I went to the fields nearby with some of my friends living in the same village. We started moving towards the fields to go to the mango tree. While crossing through the pond near the fields, I saw a big snake moving towards the shore of the pond. Its body was very thick and the head was very strong and long.

What it likes to eat or do?
I was frightened with excitement and called all my friends to see the snake that was coming out of the pond. Initially, I felt that would be exciting but the snake started coming towards us from the shore and I saw that and we started running away from it and it followed us for some small distance. We rushed away very fast and some of our friends tried to throw some rocks at it to prevent it from following us. But I stopped him from doing that and we ran away.

Why you like it?
The wild animals were also not cruel in nature. In order to save their lives from other creatures, they will defend themselves from attacking. So I was very frightened by the vision of that snake and after some time it went away. At last, I had this dangerous experience in my grandmother’s village last summer. I learned to be humble towards the wild animals and let them live their own lives.

Model Answer 3

What it looked like?
Well to be very honest, I am a zoophilist and had many pets in my house. However, there was an instance when I really became close to a wild animal and that animal was the 'Royal Bengal Tiger'. The moment I laid my eyes upon that majestic beast I was totally mesmerised by its beauty. He had a thick yellow-orange mix of fur with black strips which act as good camouflage in high bushes when a tiger is out hunting.

Where you saw it?
Also, he has two large canines which are as large as a human's hand. I remember the day when I first laid my eyes on the tiger. It was the time of our annual school trip to an amusement park which for the first time was going to be followed by a trip to tiger safari which is located on the outskirts of my city. That was the time I came to see any type of wild animal in my entire life on that single trip.
There we saw peacocks, deer, and the main attraction TIGER'. Then our guide started giving us information about tigers and I was fascinated by its diet of almost 70-100 pounds of meat each day and like to rest near small water bodies during the day or under a cool shade of a tree.

What it likes to eat or do?
There were many interesting facts about tigers which were briefed to us by our guide but the most intriguing I find is that being a member of the cat family, tigers are the only ones who prefer to stay in the water and unlike their counterparts’ lions, they tend to hunt alone rather than in packs. Because of this, I consider them the true kings of the jungle.

Why you like it?
The lions are very ferocious and a few people will grow the lions as pets in the world. They won’t allow the lions to get outside the zoos and the forests. They can swallow an entire man as their food for one day. So one must be very careful while going to restricted forests and zoos. They have a similar human tendency to get food for their daily routine and the animals that are living in the huge forests were not able to get the meat that is being served to the wild animals that are in the zoos and under professional observation. All animals are not meant to behave cruelly; it is their basic tendency to be able to get food by killing other living animals.
