Model Answer 1

Generally, I don’t laugh a lot. But today I am going to share about a moment when I could not control laughing.

When it was?

I remember laughing a lot during last New Year's Evening. One of my friends, Rahul, invited me and some common friends for dinner and games at his home. We have all been good friends since our school days.

Where you were?

At around 6 pm, we all are sitting together in Rahul’s room, playing games on PC. Things get complicated and silly when you play some game with your best friends. We all are enjoying our time and the game as well.

Who you were with?

We are four people in Rahul’s home, and playing a racing game. During one live game, a friend told a joke, that was so much related and memorable from our school days. On that joke, we all laughed shortly, then again another friend threw a joke. We all were in hysterics, laughing at each other's jokes. Another friend tried to get some word in, but he was laughing so hard, that no sound came out. Tears were coming down our faces to the point of pain. But we couldn't stop laughing. It felt so good to be surrounded by friends, enjoying each other's company and sharing laughter.

Why laughing is important.

Laughing is so important for stress relief and helps to build bonds with others. That New Year's Eve is always rememberable and grateful for the joyful memories made.

When it was?

I can remember a funny moment when I laughed a lot that happened to me a while ago. The incident took place at a Ganesh Chaturthi about a few years ago. Our families are gathered around at one of my nephew’s houses.

Where you were?

Everybody, including my family members, relatives, and my nephew's friends, was invited to the occasion on a lovely evening. By the way, the occasion was supposed to end as early as possible because all the little guests, friends of my nephew, needed to return to their homes early at night. So, it formally started at around 8 pm with opening up the sweet boxes.

Who you were with?

Our cousins were talking and sharing stories until we suddenly noticed two little nephews who were busy eating sweets in a corner of the room. Once approached by me, the boys spared no time in divulging their secret about eating their “fair shares” of sweets with very happy faces instead of waiting for others! Needless, to say, we all laughed a lot. And especially when you are spending time with cousins, and the moments are really special.

Why laughing is important.

While talking about why laughing is important, there is a famous line; “Laughter is the best medicine.” In the current era of modern science, it’s scientifically proven that laughing is good for health benefits.

Model Answer 3

When it was?

There’s a memorable time when I laughed a lot at a weekend last summer in the countryside with my family. We were sitting in a cabin in the evening, and then suddenly I and my brother decided to play some board games.

Where you were?

At around 4-5 pm, we started playing a card game, that involved claiming a card we needed to slap on the table.

Who you were with?

So we are playing and enjoying the game. Suddenly, at one point, my brother and I went for the same card and ended up slapping each other's hands so hard, that it really hurt! In that situation, our faces filled with shock and pain, and that look at us and the situation made our parents laugh. My mom was laughing so loudly, that he started crying and could barely breathe. My dad was laughing at my mom, which just made him laugh more. This situation became so funny, and soon my brother and I were laughing too. We laughed for at least 15 minutes straight, until our stomachs ached. Spending quality time with family and sharing laughter is so important.

Why laughing is important.

Scientifically, laughter decreases stress and increases immune cells. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. That quality time with family makes memorable and joyful moments.
