Model Answer 1

Who he/she is?

Everyone drems of doing something good for the people and the society. However, when it comes to chasing the dreams, people are not ready to step out of their comfort zones. This is the primary reason for dreams to be a failure. These situations are not meant to back off. They people need motivation and inspiration to pursue their dreams. I had got one such opportunity to motivate my freind. Recently, my friends and I went to Manali. We're a group of five friends. Sakshi, who is my best friend needed this motivation to achieve something that i will speak about today.

What did you encourage him/her to do?

I have always heard her speaking about her dream of snow skating when we were kids. Hence, I planned a trip to a place which was very popular for snow skating. I took all my friends along with me. She was confused at first, but then she realized that we were there for her. Sakshi is afraid of heings and was not going forward at first. I definitely knew that she wanted to try but she was having a fear. I could see it in her eyes. At this point it bwas time to encourage her to go ahead and not back off.

How did he/she react?

I tried to convince her but she kept saying no. All other friends also did their best to persuade her but she wasn't listening to anyone. It was her childhood dream and I didn't want her to regret losing this opportunity. i continuosly motivated and pushed and convinced her. I told her that I'd accompany her in this so she didn't have to worry. Finally, after hours of persuasion, she agreed, though reluctantly.

Why did you encourage him/her?

We started snow skating together with all the precautionary pieces of equipment and to my surprise, she was smiling the whole time. She actually enjoyed it and it felt so good seeing her like that. I knew that she was brave, all she needed was a little push. After snow skating, we went to try some local food in the market and I remember the constant smile and the look of accomplishment on her face.

Model Answer 2

Who is he/she?

There are many things in our lives that we want to do but don't have enough motivation to pursue. This happens with almost every one of us and if you ever get the opportunity to help someone in such situations, don't lose that chance. My brother was in the 10th class and he was very good at his studies. He is interested in pursuing some computer-related courses in the future and he used to be quite tense about it. So, one day I asked him about the subjects he was going to choose in the 11th class. He told me that he wanted to take science but he was not sure if he could do it.

What did you encourage him/her to do?

I know he could do wonders because he is a very hard-working student but at that time, I knew that he needed something more than just a boring lecture. So, I asked him about his interests and future plans, the plans needed knowledge about science and stuff and that was the reason for his tension.

How did he/she react?

He was scared that he couldn't do well in those subjects. What if he fails? I understood everything and I told him that he need not worry about the future and just concentrate on the present. I am from a commerce background so, I told him about commerce, what subjects are in it.

Why did you encourage him/her?

I just wanted him to think clearly, and broadly and consider all the available options. One of my friends is from the science stream, so I asked her to explain everything about the study material, syllabus, and subjects to him. She did and my brother was listening to everything very clearly. He seemed so excited by the prospect of choosing science and he was also constantly asking questions about subjects and courses. Finally, after some time, I asked him about his decision and he said that he was ready to choose science as he is very interested in science subjects. He was confused and scared at first but, when he thought clearly, he knew what he wanted to do.

Model Answer 3

Who is he/she?

Helping someone when they're in desperate need of help is the best thing you can do for them and by helping, I don't mean just financial help, Helping also includes encouraging someone and making them believe in their talents. My friend, Rohit and I used to study at the same college. We both took business as our major subject. I opted for business because I wanted to pursue MBA and he chose business because he wanted to start his own business. Rohit is very intelligent and he has exceptional knowledge of the business. He was basically a man with an entrepreneurial mind.

What did you encourage him/her to do?

I told him about the various benefits the government is providing these days to entrepreneurs and how he can avail himself of those benefits. I explained the concept of "Bigger the risk, bigger the profit" to him and I knew that he was aware of all those things but I just wanted to remind him of his capabilities.

How did he/she react?

When we were in our last semester of college, he told me that he has decided to quit his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. I was shocked and confused and couldn't believe what I heard. He told me about the business environment and how it is changing rapidly due to covid crisis and how it has increased the risks involved in starting a new business. Rohit was not wrong but he was actually scared of taking chances. He was talking about the business environment but I knew what the real problem was.

Why did you encourage him/her?

He saw everyone in college getting placed and due to that, he felt insecure and tense about his own future. He was a good student and I believed in him that he was going to do something terrific someday. I tried to convince him and yes, he was reluctant at first but then he started listening carefully. I suggested a few books to read that would help him in starting the business and finally, he agreed to try and I couldn't be any happier. Today he's a successful businessman and I am so proud of him.
