When and where it happened?
Another incident which has completely turned around my life for the best happened a few years ago. That was the time I decided to pursue a healthier lifestyle. Previously, I was experiencing fatigue as well as stress side by side with the tough routine of life. I noticed that the life I led was impacting not only my energy levels but also affecting my mood and concentration.
What happened?
I started getting up well before the usual, well before the world even gets going. Then I started exercising regularly and paying closer attention to what I eat. I began incorporating basic yoga and a little meditation into my daily activities. At first, it was not at all easy: waking up early felt terrible, and avoiding my favorite junk foods was difficult. But over time—through consistent effort and with patience—these habits started to settle into my daily routine.

Living a healthy lifestyle is a profound, day-to-day influence in my life, leading me towards being positive in all that I do.
Answer 3:
When and where it happened?
One of those moments, which proved to be a turning point for my better, occurred during my school days, just after an exam in my classroom. I was very discouraged and frustrated because I had worked so hard for this test, and it seemed that I wasn’t getting my expected outcome when a teacher gave me some invaluable advice that changed my perception on the issue.
What happened?
Noticing that I was burning out, my teacher pulled me aside for a one-on-one talk. She listened attentively to what I said without lecturing me on what I did wrong. She went on to remind me of something very important: one fail does not mean a failure. Every fail is an opportunity to learn. What is most important, however, is to not worry so much about grades but to focus on an understanding of concepts.
How you felt about it?
A wave of relief and support washed over me. She gave generous words handing over hope and a fresh dose of confidence.
