Seeing my friend succeed makes me proud every time. For now, I would like to share a recent instance which makes me and my friend's family proud of her. Recently, a year back my friend completed her graduation and invested her time setting up an NGO. She started the NGO with an aim of giving shelter to stray dogs and cats. Initially, she began providing shelter to her four dogs near her place, and with time the number has increased to 35 within a year. Since she doesn't have a budget and place to keep all the pets, she set up a pet shop. The idea of a pet shop helps her to grow in business terms and helps the dogs and cats out there to find a perfect place for them. She sounds confident and has a big smile on her face whenever she helps a new animal. From taking care of those animals to providing them the perfect place to reside, my friend has truly proved herself. The great transformation on her part is appreciated by people in her community and she lives a wonderful life. The way she extended her hand to help those cute animals is extraordinary. She started up with an aim to rescue and help a few animals but as she saw other animals she couldn't resist helping them. When the number of animals she rescued went beyond the limit, she had to find an appropriate place for them. There she got an idea of using social media in a powerful way and reaching out to the people who wish to keep them as pets. She found a way to help them and make herself happy. Multiple people have joined hands with her to help out these voiceless animals in living their lives in a better way. As of now, she has helped 35 animals, and it's her mission to convert this 35 to 350 someday. I am proud of her for thinking about animals and helping them. Also, I wish that she grows more in her life, making me more proud of her.

I am happy to share the achievement of my friend in front of you. The way he has struggled and achieved success in such a short time is incredible and I feel proud to put the entire incident here. A few years back, my friend John thought of becoming popular, but because of the lack of guidance and enthusiasm he wasn't able to do anything. As time progressed, he felt a little depressed but the concept of vlogging used to inspire him a lot. He went on analyzing the whole vlogging thing. One-by-one, John looked forward to the same field and started up with a YouTube channel.

Since he was into gaming more, he started with a gaming channel and within a few months, he was able to achieve the target of 2k subscribers.With the help of the YouTube channel, he was able to carry forward his passion and make a good sum of money. I know to be successful one needs to cross a road full of hurdles, so the way he tackled all the hurdles makes me proud. Whenever I used to call him he used to sound confident and motivated about his work. The direction which he had chosen was full of competition. As of now, he has 15k subscribers which is a great accomplishment. The hard work he has put in, I know will pay him off in a certain way for sure. But, I must say achieving 15k subscribers in 2 years is a great achievement irrespective of so much competition and lack of resources. The progress John has made in such a small time is heroic which makes me happy and proud of him. John has contributed most of his time creating vlogs for his channel. Initially, his parents think he is wasting time but when people started knowing him, it was a proud moment for his parents too. After seeing him following his passion, I feel so proud of him that I can't put it in words.

To become successful in life one has to tackle negativity in a strong and motivating way. People often worsen the situation by demotivating a person to become successful. Such was the case of my friend, Jess, right from the beginning of school she was an average student. But, after the school days the way she transformed herself into a successful person, is amazing. Even after being an average student in school, she set an excellent example for other young women out there. At the time of her graduation, she came up with the idea of starting her venture. It is not necessary that to become successful you should always set up a business empire. But, starting something of your own without seeking any help from others is something extraordinary in itself. Jess began her online business in the field of online marketing by selling customized gifts. The idea and concept were loved by everyone and the number of customers ultimately grew. For a certain period, she kept everything about her business to family. Even, I know the instance when I ordered a gift for my mom from her without knowing that it was Jess's brand. The product I received was great and I must speak about the packaging, each thing was packaged nicely. After a year, when she had completed one year, she threw a party in which she invited friends and family. That was when I came to know about her business. She made me feel so proud of her, that day I couldn't hold back my tears. After the party, I asked her how she made her way through the rough and tough roads. We had a great discussion and due revealed how initially she was feeling a little nervous and uncertain but she gained motivation and continued with her idea. Her journey to make her business expand a little in the year makes me proud. Her sheer determination and focus allow her to achieve goals. Though, as of now, it is just a small online business of hers, I know the way she is motivated, she will be able to expand her business more making me more proud of her.
