Answer 1:
how the day started?
One of the most stressful days at university that comes to my memory was when I was in my final semester. This was a stressful day because the day began on a negative note since I woke up late after a night of studying for an internal examination that was very important to me since it was my final semester. Additionally, stress can occur when a person prioritizes work or, in my case, university assignments before other activities, thus disrupting my social.
how things went wrong?
Things took a turn for the worse when I realized that I had left my study material at home. During the examination, I found it very hard to focus and remained nervous throughout the process. After taking the examination, I had to submit a group assignment on the same day, but my group member had not done his work.
who the people involved were?
The individuals involved in this project were my classmates, some of whom were also members of my project group, as well as one of the professors of the project subjects involved. The professor was very rigid concerning the deadline of the project submission to make it even more stressful for me and everyone else alike.
and explain why it was a stressful day?
At the end of the day, I was totally exhausted, both physically and mentally. The factors of not getting enough rest, the pressures of education, and the problems in teamwork made the experience extremely stressful. Although things worked out in the end, the day proved to me the importance of being more organized in time management.
Answer 2:
how the day started?
One day that is very vivid in memory is when several deadlines had to be met on the same day during my college years. Everything started normally, and I was a bit uneasy since I had exams and a presentation scheduled for that day.
how things went wrong?
Problems started when the first exam was more challenging than anticipated. This made me panic because I thought that I didn’t do well. The next challenge that happened was when I was expected to prepare for a group presentation, but then the projector in the class failed.
who the people involved were?
The participants who were present in the situation included my classmates, group members, and my lecturer. My group members appeared nervous because everyone in the group was pointing fingers at each other for unpreparedness. The lecturer appeared impatient because there was a time constraint.
and explain why it was a stressful day?
This was the case the whole day because I was always in a hurry and feeling the pressure all the time. This meant that I didn’t even get time to rest and have my meals. The day was ending, and I was exhausted and frustrated. In reflection, this was a difficult day but one that also helped me to learn how to keep my cool and perform under pressure.
Answer 3:
how the day started?
One of the most stressful days that I remember was when I was in school, a few days before our final examinations. The day started with rain, which made me late for school. I had to run in the rain and was soaking wet even before I attended classes. From the time I woke up, I felt that it was not going to be a good day for me.
how things went wrong?
Everything that went wrong for me began when our teacher surprised us with an unexpected test in a subject that I had not studied for. I did my best, but I knew that my nervousness was getting the better of me. And if this was not enough, we also had an imperative practical exam later that day. It was absolutely difficult for me to focus while feeling this heaviness upon me.
who the people involved were?
The individuals who were part of this situation included my teachers, fellow students, and a few close pals. The whole group was stressed and nervous, with my teachers being very strict with regards to time and discipline. My pals were also worried despite being calm most of the time.
and explain why it was a stressful day?
The most difficult thing about this particular day was the fear that I had of not doing well and disappointing everyone. As I arrived back home, I was not only exhausted but also mentally drained. Reflecting on those days, this has been one of the most stressing days in school, but it has also been one of the most valuable lessons that I have attained in life.
