Model Answer 1

Where is it?

I am a person who likes simple and ordinary surroundings. The streets of my hometown are my preferred which is in a remote village, a few kilometers away from Calcutta. I always try to visit the village whenever possible but the hustle of city life offers very few chances.

How often you go there?

However, I have made sure that I visit my hometown at least once a month to enjoy the scenic beauty. This has been a great remedy and a stressbuster. The last time I visited the street, R.N Tagore Road was just a week back and it has been a soothing experience as always.

What you usually do there?

It was a cold morning when I went out with my brother to walk around the river in the lap of nature. The streets were not buzzing with people as it was early in the morning. Few people were walking leisurely as if they didn't have any worries in their life. There were a few on their bikes going towards the market but in no hurry.

Explain why you like to go there?

The laid-back attitude proves to me time and again that you can be relaxed though there might be a mountain of responsibilities in your life. The greenery and the soulful nature of the surroundings always pulls me for a refreshing walk around the river located just at the corner of the street.

Model Answer 2

Where is it?

The streets of the city have always been in my blood. I had spent most of my childhood playing and roaming on the streets with friends. The streets are the only ones that link the city from one corner to the other. It just looks like a spider’s web if you get a bird’s eye view of the city. The sight is so mesmerizing, that I fall in love again and again. Among all of these streets, the closest to my heart is Amherst street which links my home to the highway. There are thousands of memories sitting there. I walk down the street very often, almost every day but this road takes me to some nostalgic memories.

How often you go there?

Once I am out of my house, the street has multiple vendors on both sides selling a variety of daily-use items. I have seen them for years now and they know me from my childhood when I used to walk the street with my mother asking for things to buy.

What you usually do there?

It's the small hi, hellos that the vendors do when you go to buy something. A small gesture of love that still roams the streets. The memories from childhood, playing on the streets with friends brings a sense of satisfaction.

Explain why you like to go there?

We all will leave the place one day but the street will remain and thinking about that sometimes makes me go out again and enjoy the evening when the birds come chirruping all over the trees located beside the street. The sound provides a sense of comfort making the day a better one.

Model Answer 3

Where is it?

I am a person who loves to travel and as a person who craves the feeling of new places and spots, one place that will never grow old for me is the MG Marg. It is located in Gangtok and only pedestrians are allowed down the road. I have visited innumerable times and every time I get a feeling of newness.

How often you go there?

I always try to visit there twice a year and sometimes it doubles throughout the year. The shops, new people walking down the road, new faces, new emotions, it never gets boring. If you sit on a chair at the MG Marg and just enjoy the view over a cup of coffee.

What you usually do there?

I have experienced many stories on this road, met new people, and seen a lot of different characters who come from all around the world. This is not a place near to my town where I work, or the city where I grew up but it carries such an emotion that cannot be compared.

Explain why you like to go there?

Whenever I go through my camera after visiting the place, a rush of emotions runs down my body. The greetings and the welcome of the small shops presented by the side of the Marg is the best that I have received so far. After visiting so many times also, whenever I get a chance, I run down to the place, be it with a group of friends or alone.
